Sehr schönes Hotel

Cons:

Der Toilettensitz war kaputt. Außerdem war es nachts vor dem Fenster teilweise extremst laut, sodass an schlafen nicht zu denken war.

Die Lage

Cons:

Beim Check haben wir eine Zugangskarte erwartet, wie in der Beschreibung vom Hotel, ist aber nicht mehr so, man kommt mit einem Zugangscode ins Hotel und Zimmer. Keine Möglichkeit vor dem Check in Gepäck abzustellen, Werktags muss Parkgebühr vor dem Hotel bezahlt werden, erst nach dem Check in darf man kostenlosen Hotelparkplatz nutzen.

Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und gemütlich, die Check-in und Check-out schnell und flexibel.

Das Hotel und leider auch mein Zimmer rochen extrem parfümiert, das habe ich als sehr unangenehm empfunden. Meine Dusche war leider nicht sauber. Das WLAN wurde mir nicht angezeigt, was sehr ungünstig ist, wenn man dienstlich reist. Da ich mich vegan ernähre, hatte ich das zudem vorher abgeklärt und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich beim Buffet etwas finden würde. Mein Frühstück bestand dann aus einem trockenen Brötchen mit Gurkenscheiben und Paprika.
Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich, konnte aber leider kein Englisch. Als ich wie abgesprochen meinen Koffer zwischenlagern wollte, war leider niemand mehr aufzufinden - ich konnte es dann unten im Café zwischenlagern, wofür ich sehr dankbar war, aber es ist kein gutes Gefühl den Koffer mitten in einem öffentlich begehbaren Ort zwischenzulagern.

Schade, denn ich finde das Hotel hat viel Potenzial!

Godt hotel med god beliggenhed og med god morgenmad. Besværlig indtjekning med info kun på tjekkisk

God beliggenhed. Godt værelse. God morgenmad

Cons:

Besværlig indtjekning. Kunne ikke få app til at virke. Mange mail som kun stod på tjekkisk, så blev nødt til at bruge AI for at gennemskue, hvad vi skulle gøre. Der bør sendes 1 mail, som skal være på engelsk til udlændinge med korte præcise oplysninger om hvordan man skal gøre.
