Udany wypoczynek-polecam
Pros:

Pobyt bardzo udany. Miejsce ciche, spokojne, idealne na odpoczynek. Obiekt czysty, zadbany. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Jedzenie pyszne. Blisko (naprzeciwko naszych okien) do Aqua-centrum (basen z hydromasażem, jacuzzi, sauny).

Výborná kuchyně.Snídaně velmi dobrá.Personál velmi vstřícný a se vším rád pomohl.Sauna a bazén famózní.

Cons:

Trošku jsem byl nespokojený se svojí postelí.Matrace mi přišla uprostřed proleželá ale přítelkyně matrace v pořádku.Asi jen můj pocit.

Pros:

Skvělá komunikace hotelu poté co booking moji rezervaci pro jednoho dospělého a dvě děti předal jako jeden dospělý na dvoulůžkovém pokoji + přistýlka. Paní recepční nám obratem nabídla řešení v podobě dvou pokojů spojených do jednoho apartmánu za stejnou cenu. Takto si představuji zákaznický přístup. Pokoje samotné byly pohodlné, čisté a adekvátně vybavené. Výhodou je vlastní restaurace s pivovarem produkujícím velmi dobré ležáky. Bazén a wellness je spíš menší, ale vzhledem k nízké obsazenosti to během našeho pobytu nebyl problém.

Cons:

V jednom ze spojených pokojů byla vana pod sníženým stropem, který byl opravdu velmi nízko.

Disappointing

So much potential as they are lovely big rooms and good location

Cons:

Where to start? We booked because we were going to have a lot of time to spare so wanted the facilities (swimming pool etc). When we arrived told these were closed! Offered us a partial refund at the end but so disappointed as this was the whole reason we had booked this hotel. Breakfast when others were there at the weekend was good, when other guests left it was absolutely awful. Croissants rock hard one morning and when I asked them politely for fresh ones the following morning I was told they were fresh that morning - a blatant lie! ‘Housekeeping’ was the bin being emptied twice in 10 days, most days nobody came at all leaving us with overflowing bins, dirty towels, it was disgusting. And worst of all, my brothers wife flew out to surprise him for the last 3 days and we were charged extra even though she had no breakfast and despite the fact that no housekeeping came to the room in that time. What did we pay extra for? They would not have known if we had not been honest and told them. We won’t be coming back!

Veliké a vybavené pokoje s posezením, koupelnou, kuchyňkou, ledničkou. Milý a vstřícný personál, byli ochotni počkat i když jsem k check in přijela pozdě. Bezproblémové ubytování s velkým psem. Možnost zajít do wellness když pršelo, sauny, bazén, vířivka. Chutná kuchyně s v hospodě nachystali I misku s vodou pro psa. 🐩👍

Cons:

Pršelo🌧️😊 ale to není chyba ubytování jen shoda okolností ..
