The view, the room, the staff—everything was absolutely amazing! I had such a pleasant and relaxing stay. The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to thank the lovely lady at the reception, who was so kind, helpful, and always welcoming. She truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Everything is great
The location and the view are outstanding. We stayed in the suite with private plunge pool, which I highly recommend over other rooms. The breakfast is outstanding too.

Everything was just amazing!) Altana is one of those rare places that becomes part of the journey itself. The breathtaking caldera view, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful historic character and genuine warmth of the staff made our stay truly special.
What we loved most was the feeling of privacy and authenticity — it never feels like a typical hotel, but rather like your own little home above the Aegean Sea.

Fenomenaal uitzicht vanop het terras voor de kamer, waar ook elke morgen ontbijt geserveerd wordt. Supervriendelijke dame aan de receptie, die alle tijd neemt om alle interessante activiteiten op het eiland voor te stellen en te helpen bij het boeken. Ruime koelkast op de kamer is ook aardig meegenomen. Je kan ook ter plaatse iets eten op een heel gezellig piepklein terrasje met hetzelfde mooie uitzicht. Het terrasje van het restaurant ligt op het mooie wandelpad van Fira naar Oia. Je kan de mooie zonsondergang dus elke avond bewonderen als je een klein stukje wandelt over het wandelpad richting Oia.
De wijn is over het algemeen heel duur op het hele eiland.

La zona exterior es toda una maravilla para descansar y disfrutar de las vistas, que son de otro nivel. Recibir y poder disfrutar del delicioso desayuno a la carta cada mañana desde tu terraza es todo un lujo. Zona de piscina tranquila e ideal para disfrutar del la puesta de sol. El personal tambien es digno de elogiar: siempre atento y dispuesto. Sin duda, para volver y repetir. Las instalaciones extremadamente limpias y en constante cuidado. La habitacion tambien es muy amplia y comoda
Que las puertas exteriores no esten cerradas. De vez en cuando entran personas de la calle que no son huespedes del hotel para hacer fotos
