Maybe there is better around
Pros:

Late check-in and last minute booking which is nice, but the place is a bit dilapidated.

Cons:

There is no clear entrance, no lights on in mid-evening, so I took the wrong entrance and had to shout "Hello?" to kitchen staff to get attention. There is no front desk, just a laptop and many papers on a bar table, seems a bit odd and unprofessional.

The room is fine but there is NO soundproofing. The door even has a 1-inch gap underneath. You will hear absolutely everything in the corridor and more.

Most upsetting is that at 0900h a woman let herself into my room. I assume a cleaner, but there was no uniform. No knocking, no checking if a room was taken, just let herself in. Woke me up, but thank goodness I was not doing something else private. Absolutely unacceptable to enter a space like that, and for 40 euros a night I expect a lot better.

Pros:

Malý rodinný hotel, velmi ochotný majitel, který na mě čekal i v noci od nočního vlaku, bezproblémová domluva, krásně vytopený pokojík, a ještě točené pivo na noc nebyl problém. Malý, sportovní, obyčejný pokoj, ale klidný a čistý.

Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr ruhig, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Hervorragende Betten!
Reisen mit Hunden problemlos, passende Spazierwege ums Haus.
Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Eine Lampe am Nachttisch wäre noch angenehm gewesen.

Naprosto skvělý malý penzion, pan majitel/správce naprosto skvělý člověk, již jsem zde byl opakovaně a rád se zase vrátím. Klidná oblast, blízko nádraží, pod hradem, ideální na výlety do okolí Grazu
