Cons:

I showed up early in the morning after calling and confirming there was a room for us, but only after my passport was photographed, suddenly there was no room available. The non English speaking night manager just said 'no room'.

Pros:

Only thing..geyser and AC were working.

Cons:

They didn't had clean linen on bed. The set top box was missing, when we enquired, they said they haven't recharged. They charged us extra for early check-in which is fine, but they simply ignored the price offered by Booking.com and said "itne kam me kahan room milta hai", why are have they put up on Booking.com if they are willing to provide services in the price offered by your website. This is fault of senior leadership who put pressure on subordinates to show results and this is what we get because of it...'unsatisfying service'. The hotel manager himself reviewed via my phone and submitted it, I he was confirming Order ID, so I am editing it now.

Extremely disappointing
Pros:

Not at all like shown in the photos highly disappointing.

Cons:

Not clean. Too much mosquitoes. Rude staff. Not cooperating. Even though breakfast was included in the booking on the app they charged extra for the breakfast. Extremely bad experience.
