Wonderful experience for a lone traveller.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Travelling alone, I booked a double room which was gorgeous and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to get a beautiful balcony, along with a minifridge and spacious bathroom. Very friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The soap dispenser in my bathroom ran out during my stay and wasn't refilled. It is difficult to see the level in the wall mounted dispenser, so it may be worth refilling once a week.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We loved the breakfast and the restaurant was amazing.

It is an exquisite hotel with amazing finishes and extremely comfortable. Great linen and towels. Super clean.

Pros:

Es war einfach top!
Tolles Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, höchste Sauberkeit & Komfort, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Es war ein ganz angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Gleich in der Stadt und in ein paar Minuten bei der Hahnenkammbahn!
Wir würden wieder kommen! :)

Popoln hotel za bivanje v Kitzbuchlu, kjer je vse tako, da gost lahko samo uživa
Pros:

Izjemno simpatičen hotel na super lokaciji. Osebje izjemno profesionalno in prijazno, posebej bi pohvalila mladeniča, ki je stregel v restavraciji in mlado damo, ki je naslednji dan skrbela za zajtrk. Soba je bila prostorna z velikim balkonom na njem dva ležalnika, kjer si lahko gledal na lepo hribovje.

L’emplacement au centre de la vieille ville avec possibilité de parking ; la gentillesse du personnel ; le petit déjeuner

Cons:

L’absence de Clim qui oblige à ouvrir la fenêtre et à subir le bruit de la circulation nocturne (motos pétaradantes)

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß mit zwei Dachflächenfenster und einem kleinen Fenster, wobei sich ein Fenster nicht öffnen ließ. Obwohl wir die übrigen Fenster in der Nacht offen hatten, war die Hitze unerträglich. So ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage sollte im Sommer nicht vermietet werden.
