Pros:

Este curat, personal amabil si preturi bune la cazare si masa.

Cons:

Am avut o camera cu geamurile in partea din fata a hotelului, adica spre strada principala de o circulatie infernala. Eu dorm de obicei cu geamul deschis, dar aici mi-a fost imposibil sa stau cu ele deschise .

Pros:

Sobe i kreveti su uredu.Hotel je renoviran i sredjen.Osoblje je uljudno.Hrana za dorucak je jako dobra.

Cons:

Pri nasem dolasku nasa soba nije bila ociscena.Ostatci prljavstine od predhodnih gostiju su se nalazili u nasoj sobi.Jako prljavo kupatilo.

Необходимо проверить все номера на все недочеты и их исправить. Просто ориентироваться на жалобы не стоит. Если бы букин
Pros:

Нам поправились матрас и подушки, номер в целом симпатичный.
Завтрак можно выбрать разный, порции хорошие.
Поужинать тоже есть возможность.

Cons:

У нас было два номера на семью и мы в основном были в одном пока общались, а перед сном, когда все собрались в душ, оказалось, что во втором номере душ принять затруднительно, тк двери в душевой кабине частично отсутствовали и были сломаны. А унитаз не смывал, вообще не было воды. Благо душ дотягивался до него. Это, безусловно, шокировало. В итоге, все помылись в одном номере. В целом, нам было все равно, тк мы останавливались только на одну ночь, но это никак не соответствует 4*. Ну никак. Ну вообще.
В номере, в котором в основном находились, кондиционер шумел, когда работал и спать с таким было бы невозможно, но благо ночи прохладные и мы просто открыли окно. Гостиница находится на проезжей части, довольно шумно с открытым окном. Ночью ездят мало, вечером с открытым окном особо не посидишь.

Er waren elektrakabels in het toilet, zonder een beschermingskap ervoor. Als je op het toilet zit, kom je met je knieen tegen de douchecabine. Ik heb gereserveerd voor 5 personen en het was een 4-persoons ruimte. De vloerbedekking was niet schoon. Ontbijt was goed en het personeel vriendelijk

Nice accommodation to discover Novi Pazar
Pros:

Free parking; supportive and friendly staff; clean room and bathroom; elevator available.

Cons:

Recommend to have more local traditional available for breakfast and overall meals.
Located around 20 - 30 minutes walk from city center (we did not mind since we wanted to walk and discover the place as such).
The smoking inside the breakfast area though an outside terrace is available nearby.
