Łóżko było dobrej jakości. Prysznic dobrej jakości.

Cons:

Na hotelu czterogwiazdkowego w szczególności jego standard zaniżały następujące czynniki:
1. Brak kartonika informującego o sprzątaniu lub nie sprzątania dla obsługi serwisu.
2. WC zbyt blisko prysznica brak możliwości swobodnego korzystania z toalety.
3. Brak mydła w płynie w toalecie.
4. Grzejnik był zbyt głośny
5. Serwis obsługi sprzątającej przez 2 dni nie wynosił śmieci nie wymienił worków na śmieci.
Pomijam sprzątanie innych części pokoju czy wymiany ręczników gdyż jest to sprawa do interpretacji indywidualnej ale brak wyrzucenia śmieci jest karygodne.
6. Ukryte koszty które chciał mi nadać hotel(10eur). Między innymi żądanie zapłaty city tax w momencie opuszczania hotelu. Recepta nie poinformowała mnie o tym że odbieraniu pokoju. Serwis booking informuje za każdym razem jakie są koszty hotelu i podatek miejski a w ofercie którą wybrałem takiej informacji nie było. Bez względu na kulturę zgodnie ze standardami jakie panują na świecie a często podróżuje uznałem to za próbę wyłudzenia i oszustwo oraz naciąganie. Nie będę tu przytaczał przykładów gdy są to sprawy dla osób postronnych nieistotne lub po prostu interpretowane sposób indywidualny.
7. Zrozumiałe jest dla mnie to że jadę do obcego kraju i kultura w nim panująca jest odmienna. Natomiast standardy w hotelach są jednolite i powinno brać się pod uwagę gości. Mam na myśli to już w Serbii bardzo dużo jest palaczy papierosów i pali się dosłownie wszędzie, a my jesteśmy osobami niepalącymi i nie mieliśmy możliwości zjeść spokojnie posiłków nie przesiąkając dymem papierosowym. Moja poduszka w pokoju była cała zasmrodzona dymem papierosowym. W późniejszych dniach zrezygnowaliśmy ze śniadań wliczonych cenę gdyż kelner który podawał śniadanie nie zachował higieny osobistej paląc wcześniej papierosy.

Na początku wynajmu myślałem że jest to dobry hotel i zastanawiałem się czy nie nawiązać współpracy w przyszłości dla moich klientów turystów gdyż pracuje w turystyce.

Sve je bilo odlicno.
Pros:

Udobnost odlicna, smestaj, osoblje, dorucak, sve fenomenalno.

Cons:

Nije bas blizu centra, ali meni to nije ni potrebno.

Pros:

Хотелът не е в центъра, но това е предимство. Безплатен паркинг. Стаята е хубава, чиста, топла има кафе машина с капсули. Ресторант с вкусна храна и разумни цени.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Personal ist inkompetent ))man muss alles selber fragen,(vom WLAN Passwort bis im welchen Stockwerk sich die Zimmer befinden…
Zudem waren wir mit Kindern da, (11,15 Jahre),die komplett in einem anderen Stockwerk im Zimmer waren..
Obwohl wir vor Ort darum gebeten hatten die Zimmer, zumindest im selben Stockwerk zu bekommen, hat das Personal uns getrennt.
Grund war das alles ausgebucht wäre;))
Nur, die Zimmer waren fast alle offen und ersichtlich nicht besetzt .
Es ist so viel schlechtes,dass ich auch diese Zeilen dafür nutze!

Cons:

Unsere Klimaanlage konnte sich nicht ausstellen lassen,
Wir waren im letzten Stockwerk,der nicht per Aufzug genutzt wird, dementsprechend mussten wir 3 Koffer die Treppen hochtragen..Inzwischen war auch der Aufzug einen Tag kaputt,so musste man komplett die Treppen nutzen))
Dann durften wir umziehen,für die letzte Nacht, also wieder alles einpacken, die Koffer runter tragen damit wir wenigstens die letzte Nacht normal schlafen vor der Abreise…
Also, leider weder für Familien noch in irgendeiner Form zu empfehlen!

Osoblje je izizetno ljubazno i profesionalno. Sve pohvale za recepciju i restoran.

Cons:

Nefukcionalna ulazna vrata koja povezuju dvije sobe, ne zakljucavaju se i u kupatilu vodokotlic nije bio u potpunosti ispravan.
