Good location staff was polite and professional
Pros:

Central location near to the metro bus and shops but busy at night time too if you light sleeper might not suit you.

Cons:

Average Desi breakfast with limited choice had to pay for the water and couple of times food wasn’t warm enough. Hotel also had function until 2am (receptionist told me) on the roof and were moving chairs etc hence too noisy.

An average stay...
Pros:

Generally, the staff were helpful. The location is okay, especially being located at a metro stop.

Cons:

Room was very noisy due to road traffic - it's located on a very busy road. I booked a twin room with two double beds, as clearly stated on the booking.com website. Checked in to find no such room exists at the hotel - they only have twin rooms with single beds. Hotel management did address this by allocating a room with a double bed and a single bed. There is only one lift at the hotel. When staff wish to use the lift, which is often, they override the lift call system so that guests need to wait.

it was good experience staying there , all things were easily accessible , it feels safe with family

Breakfast was good ,but they charged for water , some rooms are newly renovated , but some are not , it feels safety while staying there , staff was very helpful , location is excellent , all thing are easily accessible ,

Cons:

i didn't like washroom , as commode was not properly fixed , Air condition was throughing water inside room ,ultimately my laguage got wet ,

Hot water and cleaning

Cons:

Heater system is almost not working. In winter season it's a must requirement
They didn't updated at all. Furnitures are getting old now. Need update.
Rates increased without value addition.
