Pros:

Very nice place, super kind and friendly staff. Excellent food both for breakfasts and dinners. Very good location. Nice spa area. I really enjoyed my stay and can recommend the place.

Infrared cabin was not working, but guess its temporary

Hotel má vynikajúcu polohu priamo na svahu, čo znamená zapnúť aj vypnúť lyže za hotelom.
Pros:

Raňajky aj večere boli vynikajúce. Personál - recepčné, masérka aj upratovačka všetci super.

Cons:

V hoteli bolo dosť teplo, rovnako aj v "ruhe zimmer"

Austria for the Ski Opening
Pros:

Everything, food was really good and service excellent and view from the room was breathtaking.

Cons:

Everything was great only thing was that during the massage the therapist stopped several times because reception called at least 3 times so relaxation time was interrupted,also you have to pay directly to the therapist so it was a bit stressful as we had to find an ATM when usually you get charged to the room for these services.

Excellent hotel with superb view over Schladming and surrounding mountains.
Pros:

Everything. This is a family owned and well run hotel and it is personally managed by the owner Kurt Stocker and a very competent and friendly staff.
The went out of their way to accomodate our every wish and even surprised my wife with a small cake and nice birthday card on her birthday.
The half board option is very convenient and the 5 course dinners really of exceptional quality.
This was surely the highlight of our trip in Austria.
Thank you very much Kurt, Martin, Karoline, Bibi and the rest of the staff !

Cute and comfy accommodation right in the middle of the ski resort
Pros:

Very helpful and kind staff, really attentive, going extra mile fulfilling guests needs. Comfortable and cosy rooms, very tasty food selection (carefully cohosen). Attention to little details (personalized welcome/good bye note + small present at the end of the stay). Accommodation is right at the vally station of the main ski lift/gondola, so almost ski-in/ski-out style
