Pros:

Z osobistych przyczyn musieliśmy przyjechać dzień później, Właścicielka hotelu zaproponowała nam, że możemy zostać dzień dłużej, choć nie musiała tego robić. Śniadania, kolacje i dodatkowy posiłek w ciągu dnia (cake buffet) rewelacyjne, smaczne i pięknie podane. Byliśmy na nartach więc odległość od stoku jest kluczowa, tutaj stok jest zaraz za parkingiem - 10 m od wyjścia z hotelu - rewelacja. Pokoje widne i bardzo czyste.

Pros:

I picked the property because it was adult only. We loved it. We were pleasantly surprised by the cake bar from 2-4pm which was super nice midday break from skiing. Very good cuisine, super nice staff (mostly croatian) and our room was superb- view of the mountains right from the bed. The room was expensive for us though, but we treated ourselves and dont regret.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt , der von der familiären Atmosphäre lebte.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Ein direkter Zugang zur Piste ist einfach genial. Auch war das Frühstück sehr ausgewogen, reichhaltig und jeder fand das, was er möchte.
Das Personal war klasse, zumindest teilweise. Der nette Kellner, der unseren Tisch betreut hat war super, hat immer gefragt, wann wir den nächsten Gang möchten und war stets auf der Höhe des Geschehens. Auch die weiblichen Kellnerinnen und die Chefin des Hauses waren top. Das muss man einfach sagen. Am Nachmittag gab es Kaffee und Kuchen und eine Suppe, die zwar Tags zuvor auf dem Speiseplan stand, aber das finde ich auch gut. Das zeugt von Nachhaltigkeit. Die Chefin steht und stand oft selber am Abend mit im Restaurant, hat bedient und war sehr sehr freundlich. Gleichzeitig hat sie auch oft am Empfang bedient und auch da war sie unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer etwas veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen. Sicherlich wird das in den nächsten Jahren erneuert, aber bemessen an dem Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, dachten wir schon, dass wir eines der modernen Zimmer haben, die auch auf den Bildern angeboten werden. Dennoch war das Zimmer top sauber und wurde auch immer sehr gut gepflegt. Da kann man nichts sagen. Lediglich das Preis Leistungsverhältnis bei der Ausstattung war etwas defizitär. Negativ ist uns auch der Empfang aufgefallen. Wir wurden von einem Mann empfangen, der eher sehr wortkarg war und wenig Lust versprühte, uns zu bedienen. Das war wirklich unangenehm und gab uns als ersten Eindruck das Gefühl „sind wir hier gewollt oder sollen wir wieder fahren?“. Dieser Mitarbeiter war wirklich sehr unangenehm, wenngleich er natürlich seinen Job gemacht hat, aber die Frage ist immer wie. Bei ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man eine freundliche Bedienung am Empfang. Das war hier leider überhaupt nicht der Fall. Ob Rauchen oder am Handy sitzen im Beisein der Gäste. Das geht nicht, finde ich. Dafür lässt man Zuviel Geld da. Die Küche war in Ordnung, wenngleich angerichtet wurde wie in einem Sternerestaurant jedoch der Geschmack eher solide war.
