La ubicación, el trato del recepcionista, la capacidad para guardar vehículos, que admitan mascotas

Cons:

La falta de mantenimiento: la puerta del baño no cerraba, el control remoto funcionaba cuando quería, la ducha tenía muy poca presión, el flotante del inodoro se trababa y quedabatirando aguaconstantemente, el aire acondicionado no se podía prender, la puerta principal cerraba únicamente con llave.
