Reaktion auf Beschwerde wegen geschlossenem Welnessbereich war Top ! Dafür Daumen hoch.

Cons:

Mondpreise während des Skiopebings, Wellnessbereich war zu. Wasser zum Frühstück musste extra bezahlt werden.

Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

The staff went the extra mile to fulfill requests, they were genuinely concerned that needs were met. I liked the location - convenience to ski resort(s) and the option of shuttle transportation to/from resorts and the train station. The breakfast was very good - more options than expected. Again, it was clear that they wanted guests to have a good experience. The hotel staff was the best.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Pros:

La struttura è carina e vicina a dove serviva a me. Ha il parcheggio e gli ambienti sono rinnovati ed accoglienti. La colazione è di qualità ma con poca scelta.

Cons:

Purtroppo non c'era acqua calda né la sera, né la mattina dopo.
Al checkout stavano per farci ripagare la stanza che era già pagata: mancanza di comunicazione tra staff perché io avevo la prova del pagamento.

Heerlijke winterwandelvakantie met totale verwennerij
Pros:

Het hotel is comfortabel, de mensen die er werken zijn super vriendelijk, het eten is uitstekend; zowel ontbijt, lunchpakket, thee met cake/taart als het diner. Je kunt kiezen uit heerlijk vegetarisch of twee andere mogelijkheden. Alles uitstekend verzorgd. De sauna is prachtig, het aanbod van wandelingen is leuk.

Cons:

De warmte in het hele gebouw. Het is overal extreem warm, zeker als je thuis 18 of 19 graden gewend bent. Het gedrag van de mensen in de sauna die de rustbedden reserveren met handdoeken is ronduit asociaal. Gelukkig stonden deze twee zaken een heerlijke vakantie niet in de weg!
