Pros:

Milá obsluha, která vše důkladně vysvětlila. Pokoj velice příjemný, pohodlný, čistý. Velké parkoviště zdarma. Hluk z kasina nebyl v noci vůbec slyšet. V rámci pobytu většina pití zdarma.
V blízkosti druhý nejvýše položený hrad v ČR.

Cons:

Trochu chudší teplá kuchyně u snídaně.

Einfach nur traumhaft!!!

Absolut Top!!!
Sehr schönes Zimmer....Tolles Casino.
zahlt man 5 Euro mehr....gibt auch noch ein sehr leckeres Buffetessen und kostenlose Getränke dazu.
Personal sehr freundlich ....genug Parkplätze und Essen und Trinken vom feinstem.
Komme gerne wieder!!!

Une expérience hyper contrôlée, badge avec photo… presque 30 minutes pour enregistrer 4 personnes

Cons:

Indications contradictoires et peu clair pour le restaurant ( nous avons perdu 20€ pour la pré-réservation)avec choix limités. Après réflexion rapide Décision d’aller dîner au resto chinois d’en face où tout était très bon.

Das Hotel sowie das Casino waren sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, vorallem an der Bar. Die 5,- Euro für Übernachtungsgäste für Essen und Getränke ist unschlagbar. Allein für Casinobesucher auch nur 10,-Euro....Nachmittags schon leckeres Buffet, Abends eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten, die einigermaßen ok waren. Beim Frühstück hatte man auch eine schöne Auswahl am Buffet.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen hatte es was von einer Kantine im Restaurant. Das Personal hat eilig das leere Geschirr an den Tischen gestapelt und abgeräumt, obwohl wir noch da saßen. Das hat die Atmosphäre etwas getrübt. Von guter Bedienung hatte das nichts.

Vienai trumpai nakvynei gera vieta, bet sekantį kartą užsisakyčiau be pusryčių dėl vėlyvo jų laiko
Pros:

Nors savaitgalį buvo daug žmonių atvykę į kazino, bet mes kambaryje negirdėjome jokio triukšmo (turbūt gera garso izoliacija). Kambarys didelis, viskas ko reikia trumpai viešnagei.

Cons:

Nustatytas vėlokas pusryčių laikas (8.30 val.), ir patys pusryčiai nelabai gausūs, kaip kituose Čekijos viešbučiuose.

Es geht ausschließlich um Glücksspiel!

Lediglich das äußere Erscheinungsbild!

Cons:

Wir haben mit Zustimmung eines Mitarbeiters stornieren müssen, da ein Aufladen der Ebike-Akkus auf dem Zimmer untersagt war und es (angeblich!) weder im Fahrradunterstand noch sonst irgendwo möglich sei, eine Steckdose zu nutzen. -
Ich nehme an, dass wir unerwünscht waren, da wir sofort mitgeteilt hatten, dass wir keine Glücksspiele machen wollten. Wir wurden dennoch aufgefordert mehrere Unterlagen zu Vermögensverhältnissen uva. zu unterschreiben.
Nie wieder!!!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis..
Wir hatten uns die Flatrate für Getränke und Essen gegönnt und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Cons:

Leider gibt es auf den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage...
