Tolle Lage und nettes Personal
Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich ist wirklich schön und neu. Besonders toll ist die Dampfsauna. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen ist sehr lecker und von der Qualität sehr gut. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Schönes, kleines Wellnesshotel mit begrenzter Kulinarik
Pros:

Der frisch rennovierte Wellnessbereich ist klein, aber sehr gelungen! Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und das Hotel generell sehr schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Essen hat leider nicht ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt in punkto Qualität und Zubereitung. Beim Personal gab es auch ein paar Unterschiede bezüglich Herzlichkeit.

Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, ausgezeichnetes Abendessen.
Neuer Sauna-Bereich

Cons:

Zimmer noch sehr alt, vor allem die Badezimmer. Matratze des Bettes sehr durchgelegen.
Die Beleuchtung in der Sauna ist sehr hell, der Ruhebereich lädt deshalb nicht zum entspannen ein.

Pros:

Entspannt und unaufgeregt, freundlich und zugewandt. Genau so muss das sein. Und zum Motorradfahren ein in der Lage optimales "Basecamp". Tipp: vor dem Abendessen nochmal schnell hoch zum Gletscher - ab 17 Uhr ohne Maut.
