Service war entgegen der Erwartung unterdurchschnittlich - beim Frühstück haben Gläser und Kaffeetassen gefehlt. Der Kaffee war schlecht. Und auf unsere Bitte, aufgrund eines frühen Check-Outs uns eine Frühstücksbox mitzugeben, wurde nichts - es wurde schlichtweg vergessen.

Außerdem verteilt das Hotel kleine Geschenke, wenn auf gängigen Plattformen wie diese hier mit 9-10 bewertet …

Cons:

Booked this hotel purely for its “wellness” offer, only to arrive and find the sauna and salt room out of order—with no prior notice.

This is not a minor issue—it’s outright misleading. Advertising a wellness hotel while the core facilities are unavailable is nothing more than fake marketing used to attract guests and take their money for a service that isn’t provided.

Telling guests after arrival that it’s “out of order” is unacceptable. No one would book—or pay the same price—if this were known in advance.

This is not a wellness hotel. It’s a basic hotel hiding behind misleading advertising.
