Location, nice room
The hotel is presented as a wellness hotel, but unfortunately there was very little “wellness” experience during our stay.
First of all, there was confusion regarding the swimming pool working hours. Some employees told us the pool was open until 6 PM, while others said it was open until 9 PM. Nobody was able to provide clear and consistent information.
The rooms themselves were good, spacious, and comfortable. However, the internet connection in the rooms was absolutely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The Wi-Fi speed was sometimes barely 1 Mbps, and the connection was constantly unstable — sometimes working, sometimes not working at all.
The television service was also very poor. There were only a few Greek channels available, which is far below the standard expected from a five-star hotel.
In addition, almost everything related to the wellness section required extra payment. We received a 20% discount for massages, but despite staying for 2–3 days, we were unable to book a single massage appointment because there was no availability.
Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering that it promotes itself as a wellness and five-star experience.

Per un hotel 5 stelle è indispensabile cambiare le lenzuola. Insonorizzazione inesistente

This is not WORTH value for money.
I paid for a full 5 star hotel but:
1. Gym not working but nowhere I got notified for that and I thought i paid for that too.
2. In the price gym and indoor pool are included and you paid extra for SPA but is expensive and I did not know about that. The team needs to be more transparant about that.
3. Room size is small nothing amazing for a "5 star" hotel.
4. Bathroom at our room smelled despite flushin multiple times.
5. Door at 323 was not even closing properly.
6. Breakfast is poor.

We hebben dit hotel gereserveerd omdat het een sauna heeft. Er wordt nergens vermeld dat je hiervoor moet reserveren ook niet bij inchecken aan de receptie. Dit is echter wel noodzakelijk. Het personeel dacht hierover niet mee. Regels van het hotel, punt. Erg jammer
Lage
For a five-star hotel, this level of service is unacceptable: at 5:00 PM the room was still not ready, and the check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional. The information about the wellness area was inconsistent, and there was no staff present on site, so I had to ask multiple times. Bathrobes were also missing from the room. This does not meet five-star standards in any way.
