We stayed in the Luana suite. Beautiful decor, plenty of space and light, and everything smelled amazing! Very comfy bed and choice of pillows. Great shower and the whole apartment was immaculate. Location was perfect, less than 10mins walk from the bus station, very close to an indoor market and the city centre, and loads of bars, shops and cafes nearby (shout out to El Figon across the road). Communication from the owners beforehand was excellent and made the self check-in easy. They also let us leave our luggage in their lockers for a few hours before our flight home, which gave us a chance to have a lovely walk all the way to the Magdalena peninsula and back. Very much appreciated and special thanks to the very helpful and friendly cleaning lady. Construction work in the building looked bad but the owners let us know in advance and it didn't impact our stay.
Noise from traffic, bin lorries and people outside was loud at times but was expected on a Friday night and we slept well regardless. As others have mentioned, the mirrors and transparent glass bathroom door might not suit anyone who's self-conscious or sharing with someone they're not close to (fortunately it didn't bother us as a married couple!).

The location was perfect. 8min walk from the bus station. Plenty of cafes and bars near.
The decor of our room was fab and the bed was very comfortable. We were in the Paris room and it was gorgeous.
I didnt like all the glass in bathroom, i felt that there should be some frosting or markers on the glass especially the glass facing the toilet. We were in the Paris room. This remark is only minor..
Todo!!! Era precioso y muy cómodo. Y estaba todo muy limpio.
La puerta del baño estaba estropeada y no cerraba, se abría todo el rato. Pero bueno no lo tuvimos en cuenta.
Esta bien ubicado y las habitaciones son bonitas, comodas y tienen todo lo necesario. La comunicacion con el personal ha sido fluida y han sido muy amables

I loved that the property was walking distance from the bus station and I could walk to any restaurant or cafe. It was very clean and organized and plenty of room. The balcony was a plus for me!
Everything was great! The only thing would be that it dos get hot so the fan helped but having the window open at night was the best option.

Sabemos que es algo para mejorar en un futuro, pero nos coincidió con las obras de instalación del ascensor en el bloque...
Cuando hice la reservas nadie me dijo que el portal estaba en obras y que no había recepción, además el pago no era reembolsable de manera que unas pocas horas antes de llegar ya no teníamos opción.Soy una persona recientemente operada de cadera y la subida a la habitación no era que digamos comoda

Super Lage in der City und 5 Minute zum Bus und Zug.
Zur Zeit ist das Treppenhaus eine Baustelle und sehr eng für Gepäck nach oben tragen.
La ubicación está muy bien, y la habitación es cómoda. Pese a estar en el centro de Santander, es una zona muy tranquila. La atención de Urban suites, estaban muy pendientes, nos dejaron una llave del portal por si no funcionaba a apertura automática, etc.
Ahora mismo el portal del inmueble está en obras, el acceso era difícil, (andamos por medio, trabajadores, suciedad).
Mooie kamer. je kan ook gemakkelijk zelf ontbijt kopen en eten op de kamer. Let op , geen receptie, ingang via codes die opgestuurd worden. Was voor ons geen probleem. Moesten wel wat zoeken naar de ingang.
De deur van de badkamer is een klapdeur (saloon stijl). Dit geeft weinig privacy.
