La escalera... Dificultó el ingreso la obra que estaban realizando.
Deberían incorporar una tarjeta de ingreso después de haber ingresado por primera vez. Los tres códigos difulta memorizarlos
Room was excellent, shower excellent, bed comfortable.
Outside was gross and puts you off immediately, untill you get inside to your room.
Price was a bit over the top.
Decoración impecable, con mucho gusto, no faltaba detalle. El apartamento es precioso. Hay de todo, ubicación súper céntrica.

Entrance hallway and stairwell was a construction site. We had to cross over plywood held up on scaffolding to access the first floor. Wires hanging freely from walls and ceiling. We were not informed of these works at any stage. It wasn't acceptable. We didn't stay at the urban suites because of this.

Todo, la ubicación, la casa, la terraza y la comodidad de la cama sobre todo.
El personal de limpieza que coincidimos con ella y ni nos saludo y además le sentó mal que abrieras la puerta porque estaba limpiando en el descansillo que hay en común en las habitaciones.
Al salir, sin decir que nos íbamos, bajamos primero las maletas, temíamos que subir aún a una cosa y cuando lo hicimos ya estaba dentro de la habitación limpiando sin habernos preguntado.
Nos alojamos en Urban Suite Santander y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Está ubicado en pleno centro, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse y disfrutar de la ciudad sin necesidad de transporte.
La habitación nos sorprendió especialmente por su decoración, muy peculiar y fuera de lo común, algo que le da un plus y la hace diferente a otros alojamientos más estándar. Se agradece ese toque original.
Es cierto que la entrada del edificio está en obra, pero es algo completamente normal y, en nuestro caso, no afectó en absoluto a la estancia ni al descanso.
Además, Sira, la anfitriona, ha sido en todo momento muy amable y atenta, lo que siempre suma y hace la experiencia aún mejor.
En definitiva, recomendamos encarecidamente este alojamiento.
