Muy comodo y limpio.. el personal super.amable y muy dispuesto a ayudar

Que el restaurante no abre en el almuerzo. Sin embargo te dan opciones para pedir a domicilio rica y economica

Cons:

At our arrival to this hotel, front desk unpolite people informed us that the hotel never received information from Booking about our reservation. We tried to show your confirmation and different e-mails, and the people did not look at it, only insisted there was not any reservation from Booking and there were not any available room. After seventeen hours of car trip, with a minor child, we had to go to sleep at another site.
Who is lying: Booking or the hotel? Until there was not an answer, I will never use more Booking and will inform my colleagues and friends about this.

Pros:

Room was huge and comfortable. Second floor, Preferencial suite with Jacuzzi. Good typical breakfast. Not to US standard, more local.

Cons:

Hot transitional to cool. Not any real room service. Everything has to be ordered and bought. No restaurants close by. Hotel hidden by its location next to a bigger hotel. No night life. No in room dining, but plenty of space to improvise.

Pros:

The AC was wonderful and the bed was good.. The staff were great. Plenty of electrical plugs.

Cons:

There was a lot of water on the floor from the AC. Also, there were ants in the room. Now, being from Florida, I get it. Better to stay on a higher floor.

Pros:

Nice big breakfast.

There's also a restaurant in the premises so no need to go out to find one.

Cons:

If you have mobility problems, ask for a room on the ground floor, there's no lift in the property.
