Too expensive, basic and very unfriendly people.

Too expensive for what it is. Tiny room, cold shower, no fridge. Very basic. But the worst is the lack in hospitality. Booked this place specifically for the pool, as i was flying the next day and wanted to relax for a few hours before going to the airport. This was not allowed. Checkout time was 12 and I got kicked out. The lady wouldn’t let me stay by the pool for a few hours, even though nobody was there. I’ve never experienced this before. Just very unfriendly for no reason. Go to Casa Mara instead. Stayed there a few days before and they even let me use the pool after checking out. Huge difference in hospitality.

Uno degli hotel più carini dove siamo stai in Colombia :-)
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in due momenti diversi. Staff gentilissimo e posto pulitissimo in ottima posizione :-) quando si entra nell’hotel si entra in un piccolo mondo a sè, ben decorato e molto tranquillo. Posso solo consigliare questo hotel!

Cons:

L’unico problema è che si sente un po’ la musica provenire dai bar della strada accanto. In camera vengono però gentilmente forniti tappi per le orecchie quindi per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema :-)

Really cool place if you want to stay in the center of Santa Marta.
Pros:

The host was very helpful and the place is nice and tidy. The location is quite good, right next to a very touristy area.

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel. Une charmante maison décorée avec goût, une propreté irréprochable, un bon petit déjeuner, une petite piscine pour se détendre et par dessus tout la gentillesse du personnel. Mention spéciale pour Carlos pour ses délicates attentions et sa disponibilité.

Rien, du bruit en week-end mais bon, les colombiens aiment la fiesta. De bonnes boules quies et ça a fait l’affaire.

Would highly recommend a stay here when visiting Santa Marta!
Pros:

This hotel was beautiful with a small pool and terrace all well maintained, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Carlos is a kind and responsive host - he kindly allowed us to store our bags safely when we went to Tayrona National Park for a night. The location is perfect right next to lots of restaurants and bars but not too noisy.

Merveilleux et de grande qualité
Pros:

De toute évidence : Un hôtel exceptionnel avec des gens d’une gentillesse rare. Merci Carlos et Rosie. Deux nuits dans le quartier historique et dans un hôtel boutique magnifique avec petite piscine intérieure parfaite pour faire un peu d’exercices dans l’eau fraîche, à deux pas de dizaines de restaurants de toutes catégorie. Ici le bonheur c’est de flâner dans les rues du quartier.

Un seul regret: Ne pas avoir prévu rester plus longtemps….
