Está limpio y es cómodo. El personal fue muy atento. La habitación era bastante espaciosa. Está justo en la zona de bares, pero al dar las habitaciones a un patio interior apenas se escuchaba ruido. No probamos la piscina interior, así que no puedo opinar.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in—everything was perfect.
Firstly, the rooms are clean and have everything you need: plugs on both sides of the bed, bedside tables, and a very comfortable bed. There is a wonderfully effective AC and fan, a super cold fridge, a table to sit and work at, a sofa to relax on, and space to hang clothes. The bathroom was also very clean, with a powerful shower and a good amount of space.
The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of Santa Marta, surrounded by many restaurants and bars.
The hotel has fast, reliable Wi-Fi.
The breakfast provided was tasty every day and nicely varied.
Carlos was the best—super attentive, always there if you needed anything, and he made sure we were always safe coming home and happy, ensuring a 5-star experience.
We enjoyed reading and relaxing in the small pool and watching the sunset from the balcony.
On one of the days of our trip, we visited the semi-private beach and pool offered by the hotel and had an amazing time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for maximum relaxation and no crowds at the beach.
We are very sad to leave after such a fabulous stay, but we already have plans to return!

El hotel es hermoso, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. La amabilidad del señor Carlos hace que la estadía sea mucho mejor aún. Super atento y amable. Fue muy generoso con nosotros, volveríamos sin dudas! El desayuno exquisito.
We had an excellent stay - from being greeted with a cold drink on arrival, to a comfy room with a big bed and great air con. Despite it being noisy outside as it was a Friday night, we couldn’t hear anything from our room! Amazing value, with a super breakfast included. The staff were also incredibly helpful and kindly let us keep our bags there whilst we went to Tayrona overnight. Couldn’t recommend more!

Si on devait mettre un point négatif, c'est le bruit le soir, mais le propriétaire a la gentillesse de fournir des bouchon d'oreilles. Mais le bruit est dû à l'emplacement parfait, des bars très sympas des alentours jouent de la musique colombienne, ça met dans l'ambiance 😁

O hotel é um casarão colonial muito bem localizado, próximo ao Parque de los Novios, com vários bares e restaurantes no entorno. A recepção do Sr. Carlos foi excelente, com direito à uma cerveja bem gelada de boas-vindas para constratar com o calor de Santa Marta. A senhora que fez o café da manhã também foi atenciosa e preparou o que cada um preferia. Foi possível deixar nossa bagagem sem custos adicionais enquanto pernoitamos 1 noite no Parque Tayrona.
O chuveiro poderia ser mais forte e os travesseiros um pouco mais confortáveis.
Todo. Lugar muy céntrico. Atencion excepcional de Don Carlos y Doña Rosi. Establecimiento muy cuidado. Desayuno excelente. Volveremos seguro! Opción excelente para visitar Santa Marta desde el centro histórico. Todo el centro accesible a pie en minutos.

The location
Too expensive for what it is. Tiny room, cold shower, no fridge. Very basic. But the worst is the lack in hospitality. Booked this place specifically for the pool, as i was flying the next day and wanted to relax for a few hours before going to the airport. This was not allowed. Checkout time was 12 and I got kicked out. The lady wouldn’t let me stay by the pool for a few hours, even though nobody was there. I’ve never experienced this before. Just very unfriendly for no reason. Go to Casa Mara instead. Stayed there a few days before and they even let me use the pool after checking out. Huge difference in hospitality.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in due momenti diversi. Staff gentilissimo e posto pulitissimo in ottima posizione :-) quando si entra nell’hotel si entra in un piccolo mondo a sè, ben decorato e molto tranquillo. Posso solo consigliare questo hotel!
L’unico problema è che si sente un po’ la musica provenire dai bar della strada accanto. In camera vengono però gentilmente forniti tappi per le orecchie quindi per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema :-)
Très bel hotel, entretenu avec minutie et décoré avec goût. La piscine et la terrasse sont agréable en fin de journée.
