It was the perfect hotel for my needs.
Pros:

The Hotel was exactly what I needed after a few disasters with other hotels.
The room was spacious with a large balcony leading off the bedroom. The double bed looked fresh with crisp white sheets & blanket covered. The room was very quiet with metal shutters to keep insects out.
I slept for 10 hours straight the first night which is how comfortable the room was.
Bathroom was large enough and all worked fine
There is a lift.
Location may be a bit away from the Old Town but it is 3 minutes walk to the Bus Station & there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Staff were very friendly and helpful to me and allowed me to access my room early. The hotel will also let you leave your luggage with them after you check out.

Cons:

Everything was as it should be.

Pros:

It was extremely clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

I had chosen that hotel because it had a lift. However there were 6 or 7 steps up before you could get to the lift which was impossible for me with my luggage. The woman was very helpful though and helped me with my luggage both up and down the stairs.

Cool Hotel with best staff.
Pros:

I loved the staff.. as always making connections when visiting another country is always great.. The owner was a fantastic person. If I needed anything he was always ready with knowledge about Chania and the best places to go.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing I did not like. I would and am recommending the hotel to all my friends If and when they go to Greece and want to stay in an awesome city and hotel. I am bragging about the food and closeness to Old Town Chania.
