Great stay
Pros:

Location is great, old town Kydonia. The suite with terras is great, located on top of the building. Careful, no lift, stairs it is. What bothered us a bit was the noise level on the terras. 2 big airco units are constantly blowing and making a lot of noise. Understand the technical reason why they are located there, but the noise is really bothering. What you can see on booking.com is pictures of the bed reachable by stairs, they are quite steep, something to be aware of. No problem for us. Appartement is overall great, surplus a bottle of wine upon arrival.

Wspaniale spędzony czas w wyjątkowym miejscu — z przyjemnością tu wrócimy.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysty i komfortowy apartament. Kontakt z managerem był doskonały, dzięki czemu czułyśmy się w pełni zaopiekowane. Spędziłyśmy tam cudowny czas i z całego serca polecamy to miejsce.

Wszystko było super.

Pros:

Schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer inmitten der Altstadt. Auf dem kleinen Balkon über einer kleinen quirligen Einkaufsgasse ohne Straßenverkehr konnte man das bunte Treiben beobachten und dabei die Flasche Wein der überaus freundlichen Gastgeberin genießen. Kaffeemaschine mit Gratis-Kapseln vorhanden, auch zwei gekühlte Flaschen Wasser. Absolute Empfehlung, leider meist ausgebucht. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Sijainti keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Meillä oma terassi joka oli näkösuojattu. Iso plussa.

Beautiful time in Chania.
Pros:

Amazing location in the heart of Chania old town allowed us to come and go easily.

Cons:

We were staying in the room at the top of the stairs and found it a little noisy on a couple of occasions when other guests were coming in and speaking loudly. The bed was a little uncomfortable for my preference

Sehr zentral mit privater Terrasse
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Etwa 50m vom venezianischen Hafen. Vor dem Eingang kann man den Hafen schon sehen. Die Terasse ist sehr groß und es gibt vier Stühle und zwei Sonnenliegen. Die Terasse ist auch nicht einsehbar von außen, so dass einem niemand auf den Frühstücksteller schauen kann. Man kann von der Terasse mehrere Kirchen sehen und auch die Lefka Ori - die weißen Berge. Im Hausflur gibt es eine Waschmaschine und es gibt auch einen Raum in dem man Gepäck abstellen kann, falls man früher da sein sollte oder später abreisen. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern - und auch nicht die üblichen Schieferfliesen, sondern schöne farbenfrohe Steinfliesen. Der Fernseher im Zimmer war übrigens oben vor dem Bett. Das konnte man auf den Bildern nicht richtig erkennen. Aber ist natürlich super so. Zum Bett musste man eine Treppe hoch. Die liebe Natalia, die für Ordnung gesorgt hat im Haus, war sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Und Georgia war super zu erreichen und hat uns weitergeholfen bei Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Das einzige kleine Manko ist die Lautstärke des Wärmetauschers auf der Terasse. Das Geräusch ist aber nicht durchgängig, sondern sehr sporadisch. Vermutlich wenn jemand Warmwasser zieht oder die Klimaanlage aktiviert wird.

Perfect location. Will definitely re visit for my daughter’s wedding next year.
Pros:

Perfect location in the old town. Maybe could be a bit noisy in full season. Very modern and fully equipped. Comfortable bed. We loved it.
