Tolle Lage am Sandstrand, aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am Sand-Strand und dem Anfang der Strandpromenade, viele Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom Zimmer aus tolle Sicht auf das Meer, den Strand und die Promenade. Ausserordentlich ist auch die Terrasse mit dem Jacuzzi, sofern ein solches Zimmer gebucht wurde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr klein, eng und haben fast keine Ablagefläche. Man lebt also aus dem Koffer, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt mühsam ist. Die Koffer müssen auf dem Balkon platziert werden, damit man im Zimmer zirkulieren kann, bei Regen keine gute Lösung! Die Penthouse Jacuzzi Suiten sind gefährlich, die Terrasse mit Jacuzzi ist nur über eine enge, steile leiterähnliche Treffe erreichbar, zudem kann man im obersten Raum nicht stehen, obwohl als Schlafzimmer vorgesehen.

Excellent place
Pros:

The hotel is located next to the beach and the view from our split room on the top floor was just amazing. There are a lot of excellent restaurants next to the hotel and great restaurant/bar organized by the hotel. It's only 12 minutes walking to Chania city center. Hotel staff was very supportive and kind. We liked the hotel, restaurants, beach so much that we did not want to fly back! We will be definitely coming back.

Overall a good experience, would recommend staying here.
Pros:

Clean, quiet, and not too far from the old town (15 minute walk). Right on the water, nice beach, food/drinks were good. On site parking. Staff was very helpful with setting up day trips and giving advice.

Cons:

Limited parking spots. No on site laundry/washers available.

We wish we would have known that there was a chance the balcony door was not closed on both sides. Also that the air doesn’t work if the balcony door wasn’t closed good.

Pros:

Notre chambre avec une belle vue mer, et forcément nous avons pris la chambre avec un jacuzzi donc le jacuzzi🤩

Cons:

Regret que il n’y ai pas de lavage du jacuzzi au moins tous les 2 jours
Car en 4 jours,… il était vraiment sale 😩

Sehr schöne Anlage mit super Lage

Die Lage ist super, direkt am schönen Badestrand, unweit vieler Restaurants und Geschäfte, aber sehr ruhig

Cons:

Da gibt es nicht viel. Leider waren wir erst Ende Oktober hier, da ist nicht mehr alles geöffnet

We enjoyed the location and hotel very much. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying near Chania old town.

Pros:

Direkte Strandlage und ausreichend Gastronomie im nahen Umfeld.

Cons:

Wenig Ablagefläche, kein Tisch und für die Kleidung nur eine kurze Kleiderstange mit einigen Bügeln im Zimmer.
Die angegebenen 22 qm Fläche werden vielleicht erreicht, wenn Bad und Balkon mit eingerechnet werden. Das Zimmer alleine ist erheblich kleiner.
