Very disappointing! Not worth paying TWD$ 700 a night

Cons:

Definitely not value for money for a place like this. I am very particular about my personal safety. When I asked where's the smoke or fire alarm, the elderly woman (I supposed she is the hotel owner) told me that there's none. I also asked about earthquake alarm which she replied none. She told me to use my mobile phone's mobile data or wifi to receive the authorities disaster alert but I told her I do not have a Taiwanese sim card only a foreign one. She said too bad if you haven't got one. The toilet room is so tiny that I can hardly shut the door while standing inside. The bathroom is so dated and dilapidated and no floor mat just in case one lost balance and fell. The room's facilities are so dated. Just as well I had to wake up very early at 5.00 am to have my shower & checked out soon after to catch the first bus to Alishan forest park.

很舒服的床墊.有溫度的棉被.充足的洗澡水.完全符合我的期待.雖然是一間50年的老旅社.可以感受歲月的沉澱.很好的1點是.房間沒有菸味或其他異味.廁所雖然用的折疊拉門.對我而言並無影響.最最重要是.性價比真的很高.離嘉義火車站很近.生活機能齊全.還有很便宜的房價.真的.沒甚麼好挑剔.當然嘉義有很多旅社.1晚6千或上萬皆有.外觀新穎.設備更豐.這些就不是我的選項.最後一提.房東大姊.人真的很好.會提供很多資訊.會跟你聊天.人有夠親切.讓我有回[嘉]的感受.完美.下次去嘉義.還會住榮宮.
