The staff was helpful but not very professional.
We stayed in the hotel portion of the property. Restaurant was not operating except for a minimal breakfast offering. Bar did not exist. The room had no closet or space to hang or store clothes, and only one light bulb and no AC or even a fan. Only one outlet to charge phones. Bathroom was small and only one light bulb. Pool was not heated. Bedding was thin and mattress was very hard. The view was nice but not different than anywhere else in Colombia. The road to the hotel was unpaved and very rough. The only offering for dinner was a chicken and hotdog skewer. Town was a long ride and no quality restaurants.

Not safe / doors cannot lock / windows don’t have any lock / dog poo all over / road awful / no security / no other guess / lonely spot/ no organization or direction for a behotel / bathroom does not have any door / bathroom for showering cannot close / bed is rock hard / bad odor / bubbles door cannot lock / no English speaking assistance/ had to carry bags down large hill and back by my self , but could not pull bags because the roading was awful
Please reconsider staying here . Especially if it’s over night !! This place is ridiculously awful !!
