Pros:

Super clean and well equipped hotel, we've been there mid January and hotel was almost empty, they didn't serve buffet for breakfast, however they prepared for us very rich breakfast directly to the table. All hotel personnel was very kind and helpful.

There was really nothing to complain about.

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Comodissima, pulita e accogliente. Un grazie speciale ai ragazzi della reception, Sadil e Mohammed, che ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare le giornate e sono stati sempre molto cordiali e professionali.

Pros:

Minden a legnagyobb rendben volt. A személyzet kedves volt már érkezéskor is, mindent elmagyaráztak mit hol találunk, és hogyha bármilyen segítségre van szükségünk, nyugodtan szóljunk. A medence vize sajnos hideg volt, nem volt fűtve. A hotel szoba gyönyörű, tiszta, kényelmes volt az ágy is. Közel volt a városhoz és Petrához is, így ideális volt.

If you want to see how kind the people of Jordan are, I recommend that you come to this hotel. The staff is truly very kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. The waiter Muneer is very kind and pleasant, a true professional in his job. All recommendations for this hotel.

Struttura nuova, curata, pulita.
Personale attento.
Menzione speciale per la ragazza della reception che ci ha aiutato ad organizzare la visita al sito di Petra durante la giornata di pioggia.
Colazione buona, anche qualcosa di dolce.

Cons:

Posizione un po’ scomoda per raggiungere il centro visitatori, in quanto si trova in alto sulla collina. necessario utilizzare la macchina.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in with over 60 countries
Pros:

Staff is amazing. The hotel is great. Little nice surprises from the staff make this the best hotel in Petra.
We have been to over 60 countries and whilst you can stay at high end 5 star hotels, this hotel can’t be beat on the staff. And I’m a hard customer with high expectations. All the staff from reception to restaurant are great but special mention to Mohammed at reception who made us feel so welcome and go over and beyond with little surprises.
The view is also amazing and the amenities are great. We didn’t try the pool because it’s winter but I’m sure it’s great in the summer. If you are thinking of booking this place, just do it. It is one of the best places we’ve stayed. The hotel makes you feel good, not just a room but with character. We will remember Petra because of this hotel.
We wish Petra Elite all the best.

Exceptional.
Pros:

Mic dejun exceptional. View catre Petra. Am petrecut Craciunul in locatie, cina a fost pe masura evenimentului.
Mohamend de la receptie ne a ajutat pe tot parcursul sejurului.
Au sala de gym, mica dar bine dotata.
