We came to play golf on Celadna Golf Course. Staying over night was a nice experience
Pros:

I liked wellness and breakfast was also with very nice variety of food. Egg based products were on order and thus always fresh. Thank you!
Receptionist was very kind, polite and helpful. Thank you!

Cons:

I had a room for handicapped and this has little bit put me down. It's like living on the cemetery...
I would welcome jacuzzi in SPA.

Ubytování velmi klidné, čisté a krásné, jídlo nám chutnalo.

Cons:

Nemožnost koupit si zapalovač :-))))
Chtěli jsme manželskou postel a dostali jsme dvě lůžka spojená k sobě - rozjížděly se od sebe.

Vybavení, čistota a předzahrádka.

Cons:

Na jednu noc jsme se ubytovali v tomto hotelu a už od prvního momentu to byl spíš boj o trpělivost než příjemný pobyt. Recepční nás přivítala velmi nepříjemným způsobem – bylo z ní cítit, že ji obtěžujeme, a jakýkoliv náš dotaz či požadavek byl evidentně navíc.

Do restaurace jsme se sice šli podívat, ale vybrat si s dětmi z nabídky jsme nedokázali a odešli jinam. Personál opět nepříjemný, což nás jen utvrdilo v tom, že tohle nemá cenu.

Stejný scénář pokračoval i u snídaně. Výběr byl slabý, takže jsem zvolila omeletu – ta však byla úplně tekutá a nedodělaná. Upřímně, ostuda.

Za cenu, kterou si hotel účtuje, je taková úroveň služeb opravdu neakceptovatelná. Nikdy jsem nepsala negativní hodnocení. Celkově velké zklamání.

Celkově hotely hodnotíme kladně, toto bylo však spíše zklamání.

Pokoj čistý, světlý.

Cons:

Doba provozu restaurace neodpovídala informacím na stránkách a už vůbec ne časům, které má hotel a restaurace na vstupních dveřích.
Pokojová služba při úklidu nedoplňuje mýdla, ani sprchové gely, které nebyly doplněné ani při našem příjezdu.
