A very enjoyable stay, but service for our room could have been better.
Pros:

The room was fantastic and obviously much more than we were expecting. The food was also beyond expectation. The only downside was, when we left the tab on the floor handle, to “freshen up our room”, nobody came to the rescue. Other than that little disappointment, we did enjoy our stay.

Cons:

Just the lack of service when we asked for the freshen up of the room, as mentioned above. It wouldn’t stop us visiting again, but if ignored again, we would complain.

Pleasant stay in Chester
Pros:

Nice stay in this hotel. Staff friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Parking not included in hotel price. Rooms were dusty with only fair standard of cleaning
