The reception staff were exceptional. Very friendly and apologised about the noise.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. Clean room. Reception staff were very attentive.

Cons:

The hotel was very noisy,due to a wedding reception. Children running outside our window and other guests shouting until 5am. So not a good night sleep.

As school reports go “ OK but could have been better”.
Pros:

The room, bed and bathroom were clean and tidy. The breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Only one hand towel and the room wasn’t cleaned after our first night even though we asked the room maids when we vacated the room after our first night.

Not nice.

The location and facilities

Cons:

When we arrived no one at reception and waited 15 minutes thankfully there was one good member of staff that was kind recognising our frustrations but was not able to check us in so waited with us for the member of staff that did not seem bothered in the slightest. Then, we checked into our room which was clean but by the elevator on the bottom floor- we heard everything all night. And it was also an adjoining room and we could hear everything from next door also. Just wasn’t a very pleasant stay.
