miserable staff except receptionist... lady in the gym reception very ignorant ...staff in pub very slow and alot after arguing and dramas going on in there

There was a terribke smell like drains, in our room did tell the reception but nothing was done.

Clean spacious family room with good facilities, loved the pool facilities managed to wear the kids out very friendly helpful staff
Noisy football night in the pub right next to the restaurant all the shouting frightened the youngest but didn't goon late

Snídaně byla perfektní.
Během tří nocí pobytu nebyl můj pokoj ani jednou uklizen, což považuji za naprosto nepřijatelné.
Na pokoji chyběla štětka na toaletu a teplá voda začala téct až po 1–2 minutách, což je u hotelu této cenové kategorie zarážející.
Hotel je velmi nepřehledný, orientace je komplikovaná a bez opakovaného bloudění je prakticky nemožné najít pokoj nebo cestu zpět k recepci.
Celkově mám pocit, že cena hotelu absolutně neodpovídá úrovni služeb ani vybavení.

Friendly Staff, Bacon improved since last vist. Ceri-ann on reception was very helpful when i first arrived. Milly in the bar showed Management skills when the bar became busy
Only changed my towel once in 4 days even when i put the sign on the door.
