Not worth more than £80 per night
Pros:

Good facilities (gym, pool, sauna)

Cons:

Overpriced rooms whenever there’s an event booked, roadworks on the roundabout so you’re diverted through Hawarden, bad signal in the room, poor room service (my food wasn’t even delivered - I had to get a refund and spend the night hungry all because there was a wedding on and staff didn’t get my order correct). Really really disappointing and it’s not the first time I’ve felt well and truly ripped off by this hotel

OK for 1 night stay.

Cons:

Being charged to park! It's a hotel, parking should be included and made clearer there is a charge.
Noise from the floor above. Sounded like furniture being moved plus heavy footsteps. Went on into the evening and started again about 06.30. Unacceptable.

Cons:

Didn't like that I was charged £165 pound for one night just because there was racing in Chester. I was not going to the races. The weekend after it would've cost me £63. It's a shame you need to take advantage of people. I booked it through Booking.com.

Excellent stay, very close to the business park. Rooms were comfortable and food very good value.
Pros:

Very comfy room. Easy access to the motorway. Very good food in the restaurant. Portions were excellent too.

It was a 40th bday present for me so i could have a trip with my hubby to chester and cheshire oaks
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, great choices, fresh, tables nicely set out. Staff really helpful on arrival.
We asked for extra towels as we tho we needed the room ones for the pool. Main desk staff adviced the gym staff would give us towels and kept hold of our room ones for us till we came out. Everyone really lovely and helpful. Fans in rooms a massive bonus and great idea with the bedding due to the heatwave you left the duvet off. Which we lovely we had a great nights sleep.

Cons:

Room was great. Only downside alot of dust on the skirts all round the room. Just needs a quick wipe apart from that all clean.
