Important information:

Please note that in winter check-in after 16:30 is not possible.

Please also note that in winter, the hotel can only be reached with the Gerlosstein Cable Car. The fee for the cable car is EUR 9 each person one way. No fee for ski pass holders. Parking is available next to the valley station of the cable car. Operating hours are 08:30 to 16:30. The ticket for the cable car is not included in the rate.

Please note that in the summer, a fee of EUR 10 (1 ride uphill and downhill) is necessary to access the road (gravel road, single track, partly asphalted).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Das Personal, besonders Lena, unglaublich zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt mit der Gondel, die kostenpflichtig aber die einzige Anreisemöglichkeit ist. Die Fahrt ins große Skigebiet ist recht zeitaufwändig.

Unfortunately, we encountered an issue due to a lack of clear communication regarding the hotel’s location and accessibility. We booked the hotel with the intention of skiing in Gerlos. However, upon arriving in the evening at 18:00, we discovered that the hotel is not accessible by car and can only be reached by cable car, which operates only until 16:30. After that time, it is not possible to enter or leave the property, meaning guests must remain at the hotel once inside.

This information was not clearly communicated at the time of booking and significantly affected our stay, ultimately ruining our holiday plans. Despite explaining that the accessibility limitations were not clearly disclosed (only briefly mentioned in a single message above one photo in the booking listing), the owner refused to offer any form of compensation and charged us the full amount, even though we were unable to stay at the hotel.

Fantastisch! Aanrader.
Pros:

De locatie is uniek en de uitzichten zijn heel mooi. Het aparte skigebied is erg leuk en niet druk. Het eten is echt heel goed!

Cons:

Het hotel is alleen bereikbaar met de gondel die vanaf 830 in de ochtend en tot 1630 in de middag om het kwartier gaat. Als je get weet prima, maar wanneer je te laat bent dan heb je een uitdaging. Het maakt het extra bijzonder.

Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren insgesamt super. Große Auswahl insgesamt und Halbpension sind zu empfehlen. Saunabereich ist sehr cool. Gute Anbindung an Piste und Rodelstrecke.

Cons:

Leider hat es abends mit dem Essen recht lange gedauert und mit Kindern war es dann recht anstrengend.

Heel erg prettig en mooie ervaring.

Alles. Locatie, comfort, hygiëne, personeel. Als we een 12 konden geven in plaats van een 10 dan deden we dat.
