Cons:

The room was extremely noisy due to poor sound insulation. I could hear traffic and loud music day and night, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the room was uncomfortable, and I would not recommend staying here.

Für Partyurlaub echt super und mitten im Geschehen - für andere Zwecke besser nicht.
Pros:

Für einen Party-Urlaub sehr gut geeignet. Die Unterkunft ist direkt neben dem Palm Beach Club und der großen Poolbar mit vielen Liegen, die tagsüber besucht werden kann. Es gibt keinen eigenen Pool.
Ansonsten lässt es sich zwischen 5 Uhr morgens und mittags im Zimmer gut schlafen - da ist dann auch überwiegend Ruhe und das Bett ist auch bequem.
Das Apartment bietet einen grundsätzlich guten Standard. Wir hatten eine große Terrasse inkl. Markise mit Blick zum Meer. Die Lage ist aus meiner Sicht perfekt für junge Leute mit Hauptfokus "Feiern".

Cons:

WICHTIG: wenn man (deutlich) vor 5 Uhr morgens schlafen möchte oder generell auch tagsüber ab mittags keine Dauerbeschallung von allen Seiten und nachts Party-People auf der Straße & im Flur haben möchte, sollte man sich definitiv eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
Lasst es bitte sein, wenn ihr andere Hauptpläne als Partynächte habt. Die Bewertung gebe ich, weil das aus der Beschreibung der Unterkunft echt besser hervorgehen sollte. Es wurde uns zwar auf entgegenkommende, sehr freundliche Art ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, aber es war generell so laut, dass wir nach einer Nacht freiwillig eine andere Bleibe gesucht haben. Auch in Hersonissos gibt es ruhigere Ecken.

Posizione ottima , dotata di tutti i comfort

Cons:

La struttura è perfetta per alloggiare , purtroppo il locale sotto la struttura mette musica dance fino alle mattinate , anche se le camere sono insonorizzate, il volume del Palm beach è talmente alto che si sente e disturba il riposo notturno , non adatto a famiglie con bambini

Pros:

Прекрасное месторасположение отеля, в самом центре города! Рядом супермаркеты, кафешки, рестораны и прямо под окном дискотека! Неимоверный вид с балкона - на море! В номерах есть все: посуда, кофеварка, тостер, кастрюли, сковородки и утюг с гладильной доской! Отдельное спасибо - за белую хрустящую постель, и ежедневную уборку номера!
Владелец - порядочный человек, все время на связи, если что понадобится!

Nuostabus laikas nuostabioje vietoje - buvo gaila išvykti :)
Pros:

Labai patogi lokacija - esi pačiame miesto centre, jūra šalia, parkingas nemokamas taip pat netoli. Šalia daug prekybos centrų, vaistinių, net gydytojas. Kambariai tvarkomi kasdien - grįžę po dienos radome ir dovanų :) Vaizdas pro balkoną puikus. Nuo Chersoniso buvo patogu keliauti - daug pamatėme, o ir pačiame jame kiekvieną vakarą judesys. Prieš atvykstant gavome apartamentų kodą - galėjome atvykti anksti ryte.

Cons:

Pro apartamentų langus matyti Palm Beatch Club - kiekvieną vakarą iki pat 5 val. ryto tranki ir labai garsi muzika. Mums visai patiko - vakarojome iš aukštai pro balkoną klube :) Muzika labai garsi ir gera :) Uždarius langus - ji tikrai puikiai girdisi - nėra sandarumo garsui, bet mums netrukdė.
