Lovely little place
Pros:

I loved this little place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Its 5mins from the beach and main shops. We would return because it was lovely and clean and convenient.

Cons:

The food is hit and miss, fish fingers, spaghetti bol and chicken nuggets for breakfast was definitely a first... The only drink available with the half board dinner is water. Every day the lift is turned off between the hours of 4 -8. To save energy. I have a bad knee so I asked the staff if they could turn it on and they did. It was a little bit of a pain having to ask every single day for it to be turned on but it was never any problem. They put it on for me to go up to the room, but if we came down before 8 I had to use the stairs. If you have any mobility issues I'd advise getting a ground floor room. There's not much room for two lots of clothes in the room and two big cases. Extra pillows would be lovely too.

Le ménage des chambres n’est pas fait correctement ( quand il est fait) en 15 jours la douche n’a jamais était nettoyé, lavabo 1 jours sur 2
Sa dépend de la femme de ménage qui passe pareil pour couverture ou vêtement qui serai sur le lit1 fois bien poser sur 1 chaise 1 fois jetté ou y’a de la place
c’est à vous de faire votre lit tous les jours draps pris pas forcément changer et poser plier au pied du lit,
petit déjeuner pas à notre goût c’est dommage d être sur une il où poussent divers fruit en abondance et de servir de l’ananas et de l’abricot en boite

Basic things were missing.
Pros:

Let's start with the compliments and the positives:
The hotel staff was helpful, pleasant, attentive and supportive.
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the main road, an excellent cafe-bakery, restaurants, shops, the promenade and the sea.
The breakfast was good and nutritious, and there were even some vegan options.
The hotel is quiet and pleasant.

Cons:

We arrived as two family members in two separate rooms. In both rooms, there were many defects that spoiled the hospitality experience. The bed linens and towels were full of stains, even when we received new ones. In one room, the soap dispenser in the shower did not work. There is no shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The serious issue is that there is no hot water in the shower, only lukewarm. We received a cold answer when we asked why: "There is no heating, only what comes from the sun." It is terrible to shower like this. What's more, the water pressure is very weak. There is only a tiny garbage bin in the entire room. There are large, heavy side tables to the bed. On one side, the side table blocks the refrigerator and on the other side, the wardrobe door is blocked, so they cannot be used.
The towels are changed only every other day.
The lighting is inaccessible - there is a switch on one side of the bed. In one room, the air conditioner did not work. There is no soy milk in the dining room. I am not surprised that the rating has dropped since we booked. The place has great potential, but something is wrong with the management.
We did not use the pool (not inviting).

De lokatie is top! Het lijkt alsof het een achterbuurt is maar binnen een paar stappen zit je in de drukte. Ook worden de kamers goed schoongemaakt.

Cons:

Ontzettend gehorige kamers, buren hoor je praten en iedereen die over de gang loopt hoor je echt heel goed! De kwaliteit is hier echt slecht van. Ontbijtbuffet is een ook karig, niks wordt aangevuld en veel is koud. Het zonneterras is niet fijn met het hoge gras en is erg onverzorgd. Oubollige inrichting van de kamers.

Very comfortable spacious room with full size sofa, soft but comfortable beds and everywhere was very clean. Staff were all friendly and polite, helpful with information as requested. Good location, easy walking distance to the seafront with restaurants and bars. Also close to mountain villages of Koutouloufari and Piskopiano for brilliant tavernas. Simple selection of breakfast foods. Large balcony on the top floor has views of the mountains despite being inward looking over the courtyard.

Cons:

Pool was not heated and unfortunately shaded, though sunbeds were in sun all day. One of our rooms was next to the stairwell and could hear noise of people walking to breakfast, but this wouldn't be an issue if you had breakfast included.
