Pros:

The only one that tried to make my stay more enjoyable was Valentis the shuttle driver.

Cons:

Very old very dirty. Long time waiting for housekeeping to come when you need them. The food is not good at all every day the same food. I ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel and it was 40 min late to pick me up!

Ideale locatie voor vakantie met kids!
Pros:

Mooie ligging, comfortabele kamers en uitgebreid eten!

Cons:

Tip: regel zelf je luchthaventransfer omdat ze de dubbele prijs rekenen via de receptie.
En laat je niet verleiden foto’s te maken door de fotografen aldaar… onvriendelijk, heel duur en slechte foto’s.

Superbe hôtel, un vrai bon moment

Cons:

Dispo des transats, des insectes dans la salle de bain , nourriture bonne mais avec un régime halal pas grand chose à manger

Estancia de descanso, relax y desconexión
Pros:

Los buffets muy correctos, con mucha variedad y atención excelente de todo el personal. La chica de la entrada muy amable.
Varios restaurantes para elegir, noches de comida temática.
El complejo es muy bonito, cuenta con muchas piscinas, el tobogán que disfrutaron mis hijas, la playa fantastica, con un bar para comer a pie de playa......está todo muy bien atendido: corner crepes, pizza, bares de piscinas, bar cocktail, animación, musica en directo....siempre con amabilidad y una sonrisa por parte de todo el personal.

Cons:

Las habitaciones, sin embargo, son algo antiguas, el baño con cortinas es algo obsoleto. No tienen smart TV en 2026.........
Echamos en falta hielos en las bebidas y zumo de naranja en los desayunos (era un refresco)

En mysig vecka full av njutning
Pros:

Underbar personal, god mat, otroligt läge, goda drinkar, bra städning och fräscha faciliteter. Roliga aktiviteter, aktiv personal.

Cons:

Ingen cider, lågt utbud av öl och vin. Vissa solstolar var väldigt slitna

Una vacanza stupenda!
Pros:

Mare e piscina a pochi metri dalla stanza Sdraie in abbondanza per tutti.
Posto magnifico, si mangia vista mare.
Staff sempre gentile,disponibile ed efficiente. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema in camera,che è stato risolto immediatamente.
Buffet vario ed abbondante e molto buono.Chef Lino,un artista!!
Struttura perfetta per bambini.
All inclusive comodissimo: bibite,pizza e crepes sempre disponibili. Gli spettacoli serali sono stati belli e divertenti.

Cons:

Difficoltà per chi ama dormire fino a tarda mattina. Servirebbero delle doppie tende per non fare entrare luce in camera.
Ogni volta che si entrava in camera e si inseriva la tessera ,partiva la Tv
Sarebbe opportuno,anche se nn è facile,trovare soluzioni per cercare di limitare lo spreco di cibo, ne ho visto buttare tanto.

Так себе, плюсы есть но минусов больше
Pros:

Еда хорошая - но довольно однообразная.
Местоположение удалённое от всего(15-20 мин на машине), подходит тем кто с машиной или не планирует выезжать. Пляж каменный и не очень ухоженный (зонты сносит ветром).

Cons:

Разочарование.
Отдых с мужем и маленьким ребенком.
Отель херня полная.
Задержали выдачу ключей при въезде.
Покрасили в номере и не сообщили, не поставили опознавательных знаков. Я испачкала руки и одежду.
В первый же час обнаружилась поломка в ванной - наш номер затопило водой, абсолютно весь пол номера был в воде и мы не могли пользоваться номером около 2 (!!!!!) часов, пока поломку устраняли и убирали воду. Дочке хотелось спать, но мы не могли положить ее в номере.
Персонал на все реагирует очень медленно, было впечатление, что гости им не важны совсем! В качестве извинений отеля за все неудобства мы получили - НИЧЕГО!
В туалете и ванной нет вытяжки, влаге некуда уходить, кроме как в основную комнату.
По факту у отеля нет собственной зоны спа, она находится в соседнем отеле той же сети. Чтобы дойти нужно 15 минут или попросить прислать машину.
Набережной нет, гулять негде. С коляской так точно не пройти. Территория отеля красивая, много растительности, но гористая, со ступеньками. Также с коляской для ребенка или инвалидной не рекомендую приезжать-мы устали таскать.
Еда однообразная изо дня в день, небольшой выбор, но есть, мы находили для себя, что-то вкусное каждый раз.
Мы любим тишину и нас порадовало отсутствие музыки у бассейнов.
А вот в номере были хорошо слышны звуки из соседних номеров, гул от голосов и прочее.
Также в номере было холодно, а кондиционер на тепло не включается.
Не оказалось в номере табличек «не беспокоить», поэтому горничные заходили во время нашего дневного сна, чтобы узнать можно ли убраться. Говорили, что придут «утром» и приходили в 12-14 дня!
Понравились бассейны с морской водой, вместо хлорки. Само море и пляж - понравились. Единственное, плохо закрепленные зонтики. На наших глазах один зонт снесло ветром и он упал рядом с другим малышом!!
Мы не рекомендуем этот отель для отдыха.
Очень жаль.

Insgesamt eine erholsame schöne Woche. Jedoch nicht das Mitsis wie wir es aus Chalkidiki kennen!!!!
Pros:

Essenangebot fast 24 h fanden wir gut, da wir Mitternacht erst ankamen und somit auch noch eine Mahlzeit zu uns nehmen konnten. Der Pool und die Bar direkt bei den Zimmern mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Dort hatte man und Ruhe und die Bedienung war immer sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Prinzipiell war das Essen völlig in Ordnung, so wie man das mit All In kennt. Was uns so gar nicht gefallen hat, dass es laut Beschreibung gerade zum Abendessen auch eine Kleiderordnung gibt (Männer lange Hose), dies aber nicht beachtet wurde und Gäste sogar in Badelatschen zum Essen gingen. Ich finde eine gewissen Etikette sollte dann auch vom Hotel durchgesetzt werden.

Abends in der Panoramabar war es immer sehr voll und wenn man etwas später vom Essen kam, bekam man keinen freien Platz mehr.

Leider ist der Zugang zum Meer durch die vielen Steinschollen wirklich nur mit viel Vorsicht zu nutzen. Wir haben auch den einen oder Anderen Gast beobachtet, der gestürzt ist und sich Schürfwunden zugezogen hat.

Pros:

Very large and beautiful territory, at the end of May everything was blooming nicely. Almost all places accessible with a baby stroller. Great pool areas, seaside was also great, lots of sunbeds. Great food, great cocktails, great staff.
A really cool place with everything you need, live music in the evenings. Not much to see around the hotel, but as there are even shops and all kinds of entertainment in the hotel itself, we didn't feel like we need to go anywhere. And when we decided to go somewhere hotel concierge called a taxi for us which was at the hotel within 10-15 min

Cons:

In some bars there was a line of people at several points in time during the day, one more bartender could have solved it.
There was a small misunderstaning with reception lady on the last night before we departed. I later wrote to the hotel via booking and it was all explained to me, but I guess better training of the reception staff could have solved this issue sooner.

Pros:

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel really is like a village and it looks very nice. There was food at the beach as well as a snack bar by the pool, which was a nice addition to the main restaurant. The rooms are nice and spacious. There are enough sunbeds on the beach.

Cons:

The food is not great, although they try to have a lot of variety with different theme nights, which is nice. Overall it tasted bland. There are enough sunbeds on the beach, but the beach itself is a bit steep and depending on where you are it's a bit like lying on the slope. The rooms could use a renovation.

Sehr schöner Urlaub auf Kreta mit perfektem Hotel

Sehr schöne Lage, tolles Essen, sehr gute Drinks an der Bar, megafreundliches Personal 🌞

Cons:

An der Strandbar gab es nur Pappgeschirr und Einmalbesteck aus Holz, das müsste wirklich nicht sein
