A park tiszta, rendezett, kedves segítőkész személyzettel.
Pros:

A szálloda teljes területe, ápolt és gondozott. Szobák, medencék tiszták, naponta takarítják. Területen belül minden van amire szükség lehet. A szobákba mini bár, strandtörölköző, tisztálkodáshoz szükséges pipere dolgok, nincs gond ha valami otthon marad.
Az all inclusive ellátásuk, bőséges, változatos, ízletes, sok zöldség, gyümölcs, tematikus vacsorákkal, kiváló!!!! Ahogyan a bárok kínálata is!! Összességében minden nagyon rendben van!

Готель чудовий, харчування все включено, хороші різноманітні обіди та вечері, сніданки були одні і ті ж, піца і млинці з шоколадом в доступності цілий день. Територія велика, чудова, чиста та багата на різноманітних рослин та пальми! Є декілька басейнів з солоною водою, що дуже виручило тому що в морі практично не купались оскільки ця сторона острова вітряна і червоний прапор висів практично весь наш відпочинок! Персонал привітний! Пляж великий, дрібна галька, лежаків достатньо, завжди можна було знайти собі місце!

Cons:

Не сподобався номер в якому ми жили, він потребує ремонту, особливо ванна кімната, другий мінус те що море було брудне, багато водоростей на берегу моря, іще захід в море дуже камʼянистий без взуття не можливо зайти, чоловік в перший же день травмував ногу! Третій мінус це спортзал, якого важко назвати спортзалом, тому що в ньому лише два тренажери і одна працююча бігова доріжка)

Pros:

Magnifique buffet de fruit et pain.J'ai aussi apprécié la qualité des confitures.La nourriture pour moi était parfaite vraie cuisine grecque poisson tous les jours et que dire des desserts délicieux.Je me suis régalé.....Le personnel impéccable partout Bravo

Veldig fint sted. Rikelig med solstoler både ved bassengene og på stranden. Stor og variert buffé til alle måltider. Alt var rent og ryddig.

Nice stay with a space for improvement
Pros:

- beautiful location, the beach was amazing
- the personal in the bars and restaurants were friendly and welcoming
- the premises are so beautiful and well taken care of (all the flowers and trees)
- two swimming pools for kids (one had the shade from the sun), big adult swimming pool
- fish, lots of fruits and vegetables, tasty food

Cons:

- We couldn't use the balcony or even open the window, as next door guests were smoking all the time. (I dream one day there will be an option of non smoking hotels, or at least areas)
- smoking is also allowed next to the kids pools, so some parents are sitting just at the edge of the pool smoking.
- I had an unpleasant experience with a beach animator (Davide). We were at the beach with small kids (one is 3y old), and despite having lots of free spots he decided to bring the group of guests to play Bocce just in front of my sun bed. While my son kept running to me (which is so expected), i asked the group to watch out, as they almost hit him with the ball. The animator told me, that there were other guests here, later he discussed me with the other guests indicating that it is my problem. I had to catch unhappy looks from the group everytime my son approached me. Of course the safety of my kids is my problem, but am I not also your guest?? I came to enjoy my time with my family, and I couldn't. I wonder what was his expectations from me? Should I have left the beach?
So despite its a nice hotel, and the other staff trying hard to make the experience pleasant, would I return? - probably not.
- one day the kittens were taken away from the cat mom, that stressed out the kids and me as well. Luckily they were later returned. If the cats are the problem, they should be neutered. They are living creatures, shouldn't be used when it suits you and thrown away when it doesn't. To my mind, that what a responsible business would do.

Cons:

Das Essen war total geschmacklos. Wenn in Griechenland tzatziki und griechischer salat nicht schmeckt dann muss man leider nicht gut bewerten. Das hotel ist eine sehr sehr abgewohnte Anlage. Einfach in die Jahre gekommen und sehr alt.

Very normal and basic holiday
Pros:

The location is very good, they have a rental car office in the hotel very useful for day trips around the island.

Cons:

Room not properly cleaned, the staff is not overly friendly and the restaurants are not very good. The rooms are very small and a bit outdated, the gym is not properly equipped. It doesn’t reflect the 4 stars they have.
