Beautiful and comfortable
Pros:

Amazing cuisine at dinner. Wonderful snack offered every afternoon. Great breakfast with more than enough choice. Spotlessly clean every day everywhere. The bar staff were especially lovely.

Pros:

Great location, great food, staff were first class. Room cleaner also did my washing and returned it folder and beautifully ironed. Only minor irritation was number of people did not adhere to spa clothing policy.

Good place for skiers.
Pros:

The best ski room ever. The spa area is OK, though a bit crowded on the "textile area" and empty on the "adults only" part.

Freundliches aufmerksames Personal.
Sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Sehr enttäuscht war ich von der Abrechnung da der Normalpreis abgerechnet wurde und nicht der von booking als black friday Preis ausgewiesene und gebuchte Preis.(-30%). Meine Reklamation war erfolglos und niemand an der Rezi konnte Auskunft geben ,auch bei dem Schwesterhotel Austria nicht.
Spabereich wird auch von Gästen des Austriahotels genutzt.Zumindest Finnische Sauna ständig überlastet da zu klein dimensioniert.
Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Gewelige mooie en prettige ervaring.
Pros:

in een woord geweldige locatie, kamer, geluidsdicht, top bediening in het restaurant. En het eten was buitengewoon goed. Tijdens je verblijf had je een vaste tafel, dat was ook prettig. Er was een sommer kaart waarmee je heel veel gratis kon doen. Bijv, bus, kabelbaan etc

Cons:

We hebben en dag bijgeboekt, dat was wel wat aan de prijzige kant vergleken met de boeking die we hadden gesdaan.

Pros:

Nettes und engagiertes Personal, großzügiger Spa- und Pool-Bereich, sehr gutes Frühstück, sogar kostenloser Kuchen am Nachmittag, kostenlose Parkplätze.

Cons:

Das Bett war leider nicht sehr bequem - wobei das betreffende Zimmer generell eher älteren Standard hatte. Für die abgebildeten moderneren Zimmer gilt dies eventuell nicht. Im Ort gibt es viele Bars und Lokale, von denen aber viele im Sommer geschlossen sind.

Excellent hotel with perfect amenities and most welcoming staff
Pros:

Fantastic location. Amazing room, very spacious, great bathroom, fantastic view from balcony. Simple was the best and welcoming hostess. Good at Hotel Austria (sister hotel) was absolutely amazing. Staff there great as well.
