Excellent location near Night Bazaar and bar scene (including LGBT and drag shows) yet tucked into a quiet and peaceful enclave. Very small and personalized service. Beautifully designed, immaculate and clean, dreamy pillows and bedding, fluffy towels, high speed Internet, coffee available in room or in lobby, rooftop pool area for a dip or sun.
Everything was awesome and people will discover this gem. As the number of hotel guests grows, providing a light continental breakfast in the morning (fresh juice, pastries, croissants, butter, fresh local jam) would be a nice addition.

Very nice place with comfortable bed, warm showers, and a bathtub that was fun. Location was great and slept well.
Pool on the roof was small and there is some noise from night bazaar but it didnt bother our sleep.

Large room with friendly staff in a great location in Chiang Mai, walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and the Night Bazaar. Boutique hotel with just two large rooms on each floor.
Expensive for what it was - given that it's more set up like a service apartment or condo instead of a starred hotel.

Buen tamaño de habitación, luminosa, bien cuidada y limpia. Me gusto el detalle de disponer siempre de botellas de agua frias para tomar al volver.
Esta bien localizado en la zona más moderna de Chiang Mai (cerca de otros grandes hoteles), con los mejores restaurantes y cafes a los alrededores. Aunque esta en una zona concurrida con un mercado al lado, es muy silencioso.
Check-in muy simple y siempre habia algun empleado disponible para consultar cualquier duda.
Todo estuvo genial.
Unico punto para gente muy quisquillosa es que el aire acondicionado es tan potente que en la velocidad más baja del ventilado sigue haciendo algo de ruido, pero como no hace demasiado calor en Chiang Mai, pudimos dormir sin el.

Great location, walking distance to everything. The night bazaar was down the street and I ended up having dinner there every night. The food was amazing & good markets. About a 15 minute walk to old town. I would definately stay again next time I visit Chiang Mai
