Jeg og min partner tog derhen for at fejre valentines på Grand af saunaen. Den var ikke varm- poolen varslet ikke temper

Cons:

Saunaen var overhovedet ikke varm nok (58grader). Jeg sagde det til personale flere gange men de sagde at den var 80grader selvom termometeret sagde 58 grader. Værelset var beskidt med støv på alle hylder

Séjour agréable avec une chambre confortable, excellent petit déjeuner mais un espace spa décevant
Pros:

Chambre très confortable et agréable. Le thé et le café en libre-service sont un vrai plus et très appréciable. Un petit déjeuner frais avec des produits de bonne qualité. Enfin le personnel est toujours souriant et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

L'espace spa n'était malheureusement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le hammam était agréable mais le spa ne chauffait pas (humidité ressenti). La piscine extérieur n'était pas assez chauffée, l'eau était tiède. Le petit déjeuner bien que de bonne qualité nous a semblé un peu cher (30e/pax), pour cette raison nous ne l'avons pris qu'une seule fois pendant notre séjour.

The stay made me want to return to Denmark but also use this company on other cities
Pros:

Staff, vibe, use of sauna and pool, room, snack bar.

Cons:

Distance from centre. But also nice to be away from it xD so not really a negative.
I would have loved to see some tours from the hotel.
I was only there for a few nights so maybe it is something offered.

Luxury and comfort close to the centre of Copenhagen
Pros:

We received a very warm welcome at the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room had everything we needed. The showers and all the eco-friendly products in the hotel were a pleasant surprise. All the comforts were there, and wherever possible, the hotel took the environment into account (without compromising on luxury). The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to the city and the airport. An ideal base from which to explore Copenhagen.

Cons:

Poolen var en anelse for kold, så man kunne ikke holde ud at være deri mere end 20 minutter. Man ville forvente en højere temp. i en opvarmet pool i marts. Temp. Passede bedre til en varm sommerdag. Der manglede vand i spanden til saunaen, så den var heller ikke særlig varm.

A great place to stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home. The food was amazing, we ate in the restaurant every night. The little touches and attention to detail was what made our stay special. Thank you 😊

Cons:

It would only have been better if it was closer to the centre.
