To be honest I expected a bit more from such highly rated hotel.
Pros:

Hotel is in the nice location although still a bit far from the center.
The staff was nice and hospitable.
Saunas and pool are nice as well
Popcorn, sweets and coffee/tea at each floor

Cons:

Breakfast: While the quality was fine, the selection felt somewhat limited. Additionally, I was surprised to find that espresso-based coffees were an additional charge, as most hotels include these in the breakfast service.

Room: The room was aesthetically pleasing, though the open-style bathroom layout (lacking full walls) may not offer enough privacy for everyone.

The worst for us was the soundproof of the rooms. You could hear everything that is going on outside, in the hall, adjacent rooms. On one night the music from outside was playing until 1AM, but to give the credit to the staff, once we pinpointed this they made sure it was off by 11PM next night. On our last night, a loud party kept us up quite late, and nobody answered in the reception.

L'endroit idéal pour découvrir Copenhague
Pros:

Petit déjeuner parfait. D'ailleurs tout est parfait, depuis la gentillesse de l'accueil jusqu'à la qualité des équipements (piscine extérieure chauffée très agréable, sauna, hammam, salle de fitness). Beaucoup de choses offertes, des chaussons extérieurs jusqu'au café à chaque étage. Les lieux de vie très cosy, hygge comme on dit en danois quand on s'y sent bien! Le tout dans un quartier calme mais à 5 mn à pied du métro, idéal pour visiter Copenhague.

Pros:

The staff was very helpfull from the moment of our arrival. We liked the hotel and areas of the same, our room was what we expected, nice and clean and cosy. The inteligent shower was interesting while environmentally friendly. Breakfast buffet was great, many options abd very complete. We booked a dinner and the food and service este great.

Cons:

On the 2nd night tgere was a type of generador noice which was bothersome through the night.

A unique hotel, with friendly staff in a great location. Would recommend!
Pros:

Very cool design, the cleanliness was excellent. Friendly staff on the front desk. It was a good location 5-10 minute walk to metro with good connections to city center. The little details such as the water bottle and slippers were greatly appreciated! The pool/ sauna was a nice touch despite it being very cold outside. The window ledge seat was also a lovely addition.

Cons:

The fan was not a good substitute for Air Conditioning as the rooms got slightly stuffy sometimes. The mattress was rather hard additionally the pillows were quite small.

Ikke et hotel, vi vil vælge igen. Det var simpelthen for dyrt ift, faciliteterne og værelserne.
Pros:

Tjeneren i restauranten var meget imødekommende og serviceminded. Maden var god.

Cons:

Syntes hotellet var meget skrabet, værelset meget småt, lille bad og tynde dyner. Ikke særligt imødekommende modtagelse i receptionen.

Cons:

Mindre gode hovedpuder.
Vi syntes ikke morgenmaden var helt i top ift pris, til samme pris fåes den bedre på andre hoteller i Kbh.
Restaurantens aften menu var slet ikke pengene værd. 200 kr for meget lille portion pasta.
Børnemenuen var ikke god til de fleste børn - måske burgeren, men ellers var det 150 kr for pasta med smør/parmesan eller kogt tør kylling på spyd med hvide ris.
Det koster 1000 kr ekstra for at få dør i mellem to værelser (familie) - hvilket er for dyrt.
Der var godt isoleret mellem værelser men desværre meget lydt ud mod gang (vi boede ud til fællesarealer)
Der lugter af kloak nede ved sauna og dampbad, det gjorde der også for 1,5 år siden da vi var der sidst. Og dampbadet lugtede ikke rent, da vi brugte det.
