It’s very clean and stylish. Good gym and nice pool. Reception staff are helpful. Very comfortable beds. Close to Amager Fælled parkrun.
The hotel positions itself as environmentally conscious and has invested in sustainable design such as orbital showers which display water saved per use. This is at complete odds with the food and drink offered which is mainly meat and dairy, industries which use huge amounts of water and resources globally. The vegan food offering is dismal, no plant milk offered at the coffee station on each floor, you can get plant milk from the bar but this isn’t close or convenient. The vegan options on the menu turned out to be salads (where the meat or diary was removed with no substitution and I assume no price reduction), or chips. There was a cheeseburger that could be vegetarian (no burger and no cheese I’m guessing!), but nothing healthy or interesting. The restaurant staff were disinterested and the chef seemed like they simply didn’t have the skills to do anything or couldn’t be bothered. It is a nice hotel and if you’re looking at this and don’t care about the eco credentials or the animals, you’ll have a good visit, but I’d urge the management to be a bit braver and follow through on their marketing.
This is a beautiful hotel! It really felt like a luxury stay in the city, and they'd really thought of everything we might need. The staff were all so lovely too, and the pool and spa facilities were great.
It was a little far out of the city centre, but that's down to us for not doing enough research in advance. It was easy and cheap enough to get the metro into the centre, so it wasn't really a problem.
We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, very clean and homely. The spa and pool were great for a swim and sauna before a long day sightseeing - I particularly appreciated the pool being heated so that we could swim despite the weather being colder during our stay. Lovely touches like comfortable robes, toiletries and small snacks to enjoy.
Not a negative just an information point - the location is not right in the centre and is in a residential area nearby, but for the price and facilities this did not bother us as the hotel is very close to a metro station and not even 10 minutes by bike to Indre By. The chain has other hotels in the city in the centre.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at (and I made 36 hotel bookings last year). The staff is world class friendly and everything about the experience is designed to make you feel at home. I've never before felt so at home at a hotel.
