Worst experience ever
Cons:

It was the worst hotel I've ever seen. The bedsheets and towels were stained and stinking, which were changed upon complaining but even the next ones were in the same condition. The staff misbehaved when the shortcomings were poined out, when we called their headoffice at Siliguri, even they were rude. The conditions were so bad that we had to book our stay somewhere else even though we had to pay here completely. I would have given this place a negative rating if 1 wasn't the lowest.

Pros:

Spacious clean room, good food and nice location. The best part of the stay was the excellent service provided by staff Prashant Da. He quickly arranged services we asked for. He also arranged taxis for us. Overall, it was a good stay .
