Pros:

the grounds were lovely

Cons:

the room was terrible - run down. not maintained. the room had a horrible smell of mold/mildew. no chairs in the room, had to ask, no where to put toiletries in shower. restaurant using only the cheapest quality foods, like jams etc.

Comfortable, friendly and restful.
Pros:

The conference was at an expensive hotel down the road…this was far less cost although had to get a taxi - for unable to walk without a registered guide in the National wildlife Park…saw wild elephants on the road.

Cons:

Hot water failed but they moved me so was not really a problem.

Pros:

peaceful location, close to wildlife but yet felt safe. The best mosquito nets I've ever experienced. The huts are enormous. Good WiFi.

Cons:

The bar was empty on some nights. Toiletries consisted of just a small soap bar. We had problems with hot water and had to change rooms. The safe didn't work and power sockets variable in use, only one 3 square pin socket

Pros:

The location was superb, the staff members were amazingly friendly and the service provided was top class. We enjoyed the dinner provided.

Cons:

It wasn't a game changer but the bathroom could do with some work. The water pressure and heat of the shower was extremely poor and the general layout of the bathroom was impractical.

Pleasant rustic lodge
Pros:

The lodge was nice overall and location was convenient. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great.

Cons:

Rooms were ok. Comfortable bed but shower and toilet area was quite rustic. Towels were also a bit old.

Pros:

The property was very nice. I bit outside of the city, closer to the falls. The owner Darius was absolutely amazing and helped with everything both beforehand and during the stay! We would come back just to say hi to him! All of the other staff was so nice as well! All in all just the best experience

Cons:

There is a lot of power outage. But I think you will get those no matter where you stay.

There’s also so many mosquitoes. But if you have a good mosquito spray, then it’s no issue. The staff also sprays the rooms to get rid of them. So in our stay we only got maybe one bite.
