Nothing
We wait 30 minutes to check in i rang the bell lots of time and i rand both the telephone numbers and there were at the front desk just ringing then my partner went to look for the lady to check us in. The room was not ready so the lady moved us to a different room, then the TV was not working i had to fix the lead, then i went to have a bath and it took a very long time to run as the hot tap was very slow coming out.
It was convenient for town centre
We stayed for a week and were put in a room on the noisiest side of the hotel. Friday night and Saturday night the bar underneath played very, very loud music until late. The view from the room was really horrible. It was a sort of small courtyard which was inhabited by pigeons. The whole view was covered in pigeon guano and the pigeons were very noisy from 5.30am.
The bath has a shower which has to be run for 15mins before you get warm water. The bath really needs an anti slip mat as the bottom of the bath is curved and very slippery.
Location
The unsmooth floor
Nwt about it worse hotelbi even stayed in , cank sink in bathroom and window would close due bring broke can hear drunks all night, would been better off in Police Station cell
Closed down and have refit
Excellent location right in the heart of ancient Rochester. A hotel full of history and for half the price of a Travelodge. A taste of the old world, highly recommend.
Creaking around the edges like most old men.
The history of the place, and the location.
It's a bit ragged around the edges. Our room had frayed carpet, no sidelights for nighttime, and the floor is very wobbly.
Good value for money in centre of Rochester
No restaurant or bar
Location and friendly receptionist
The hotel is tired and suffering lack of investment. Everything needs refurbishing it that will make it unaffordable for the normal man.
