Location , comfort , staff
Layout and location of rooms could be clearer
Cheap and cheerful in a good location
Crazy noise from nightclub downstairs and constant noise from the high street
Great location
Parking is, unfortunately, an issue
Room was good, but the 2 radiators, 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the bedroom had a problem. Rads probably needed bleeding, to get the Air out.
The central heating, rads, Not working, possibly needing bleeding the Air out.
Staff were lovely and friendly, location perfect
Stairs outside room dangerous
Good location
Didn't like the fact that the main gate was shut which I understand why but can't get in as the lock was broken and couldn't get in but we got in after a little forced after 5-10 minutes and thinking we may had to go somewhere else. And try to get under the gate which we couldn't get under.
Location and friendly staff
The bed was very uncomfortable
Near the high street
The only thing wrong the water wasn’t very hot in shower
Close to shops
Place could do with a lick of paint.
Not enough plug sockets and tv never worked
A very old quaint building.
Nothing
The hospitality
The direction to room 14 was a bit confusing
horrible staff, Got fined 50 quid for their window falling out the panel when I touched the frame and the owner conjured 50 quid out of his mind. Wish I had just refused to pay, disgusting attitude. Would literally never come here again, spoke down to me like I was a child, also said the glass could’ve broken a tire but waited 24 hours himself to remove it… clearly so urgent. Was just hoping it happened so he could get more money out of us. Never come here, Villa Bella.
room and bes were a good size and also the bathroom. Clean towels. excellent location, walking distance of the cathedral and castle.aR
No bar or restaurant. Only tea and coffee making facilities in the room. no shower practical as no shower curtain. Claw foot tub in the middle of the room. only warm water. only a duvet cover on the bed. no top sheet or blanket.
