Дуже сподобалось як зустрічає власник, дуже приємна та привітна людина. Номер просторий, було все що необхідно. Зручні матраци, великий балкон. Сніданок був ситний, різноманітний. Також є ресторан, де можна замовити вечерю. Дуже тихе, спокійне місце, раді приїхати туди ще)

Individual hotel with friendly owner
Pros:

A very friendly welcome by the owner at this quirky and individual hotel.
The on-site restaurant offers a small selection of Austrian dishes, freshly made and with good portions.
Easy parking and good breakfast.

Cons:

Arrival at the location is a bit like entering an industrial site with a large gravel area outside. The building itself is rather unattractive. My room next to the reception was opposite the entrance and was noisy, with guests at tables drinking outside. I was charged extra for two small sachets of tomato sauce with my meal.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir hätten diese Unterkunft ohne Klimaanlage gar nicht erst gebucht. Sowohl in der Buchungsanzeige als auch in unserer Buchungsbestätigung war eine Klimaanlage ausdrücklich angeführt. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat. Die Reaktion des Inhabers war lediglich: „Ja, das ist dann falsch.“ Eine Lösung wurde nicht angeboten.

Als Entgegenkommen wurde uns zwar ein Luftkühler zur Verfügung gestellt, dieser brachte jedoch praktisch keine spürbare Abkühlung und konnte eine Klimaanlage keinesfalls ersetzen.

Bei Außentemperaturen von rund 35 °C war ein Aufenthalt im Zimmer für uns nicht zumutbar. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass wir das Fenster nachts nicht vollständig öffnen konnten, da sich das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss befand und das Fenster direkt zum Garten bzw. zur Terrasse und zum Eingang des Nachbarzimmers führte. Aus Gründen der Privatsphäre und Sicherheit war das für uns keine wirkliche Option.

Deshalb sind wir vorzeitig abgereist. Natürlich gab es auch bei unserer vorzeitigen Abreise keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Kulanz. Es ist enttäuschend, wenn mit einer Ausstattung geworben wird, die tatsächlich nicht vorhanden ist.
