Agradable y muy limpio, excentente ubicacion.
Pros:

Me he hospedado varias ocasiones y siempre muy bien, limpio, ordenado y su administrador siempre muy atento.
Tiene una terraza muy grande, en una super ubicacion todo te queda cerca. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Reclamacion a la falta de atención al cliente.

Que quise hacer un cambio en mi estadia a solo un dia por que yo buscaba un lugar con estacionamiento propio y este lugar no contaba con ello ,no me di cuenta hasta muy noche donde ya no era posible conseguir pension,pero el dueño del lugar no quiso ni permitirme la noche que ya habia pagado si no pagaba la noche que faltaba ( exigia que fuera en efectivo).Solicite la cancelacion y por tanto la devolucion y entre la aplicacion y el dueño se turnan la bolita y sin dar respuesta....solo que se contactarian despues y darian una respuesta....cosa que no ha pasado...me aloje en otro lugar que si tenia estacionamiento. Muy mala respuesta.

Room is comfortable and clean, quite. location is convenient to walk around the city central. I have very good rest in this hotel.

Just difficult to contact the staff. There are not staff always stay in the hotel. You have to contact them by WhatsApp or phone call.

La stanza era spaziosa e luminosa. La struttura è a 2 passi dal centro e vicina a numerosi locali dove poter mangiare

La struttura è carina, ma va curata un po' meglio la pulizia del bagno e qualche dettaglio nell'arredamento

La verdad lo único bueno, es que esta super cerca de los lugares centrales de Guanajuato, pero todo lo demás super mal.

Cons:

El cuarto estaba succión. La puerta se atascaba y está a toda vieja. Jabones y utensilios de baños bastante pobre. La comunicación con el dueño pésima, pues no contesta ni los mensajes ni las llamadas cuando llegamos al lugar.

Modesto pero agradable
Pros:

Está muy cerca del centro, las instalaciones están modestas pero bien, muy buena la opción de poder hacer el check in, incluso sin personal, pues llegamos algo tarde.

Cons:

No hay agua caliente, no se puede acceder a la tv y la clave y usuario de internet son erróneos.

Cons:

La política del establecimiento, que no está bien comunicada ni visible, dice que hay que hacer la mitad del pago por adelantado a través de un depósito a su tarjeta del banco y luego lo que falta en efectivo el día de llegada. Si no haces ese pago previo te puedes quedar sin habitación. Cuando no tiene ningún sentido ya que en nuestro caso no podíamos cancelar y aunque no hubiésemos ido, nos habrían cobrado. Además todo esto te lo dicen 4 días antes, cuando la reserva la teníamos hecha dos meses antes.

Además las instalaciones están muy descuidadas y la comunicación con la persona encargada deja mucho que desear.
