Un loc frumos pentru relaxare si vizitarea imprejurimilor
Pros:

Am revenit la acest hotel dupa cativa ani si am fost surprinsi placut, au fost aduse imbunatatiri, amplasarea hotelului este excelenta, gradina si piscina frumoase, bine intretinute, camerele spatioase si confortabile, parcarea mare, accesul foarte usor.

Cons:

Fiind sfarsit de sezon, putini oaspeti in hotel, noi ajungand seara, restaurantul si barul au fost inchise, am putut lua numai ceva de baut de la receptie. Nu ar fi fost o problema daca am fi stiut.
Micul dejun minimal, nici asta nu ar fi fost o problema daca am fi putut sa si comandam ceva in plus, cu plata. Dar dupa ce au adus farfuriile pregatite de hotel, o cafea si apa, toti au disparut; dupa jumatate de ora am plecat. Trist!
Acestea sunt motivele pentru care am notat slab serviciile.

Cons:

A szobában 1 konnektor volt ami a tv, beltérinek, hűtőnek volt csak.
Sajnos a napi takarítás elmaradt, így WC papírt se kaptunk és Pipera cucokkat sem.
Utolsó nap a reggeli nem volt ki találva.

Durante la nostra notte di permanenza vi era un matrimonio e sino le 4 del mattino vi è stato casino e non abbiamo potuto dormire.

Colazione da pietà non avevano il the ( a fatica abbiamo ottenuto un the caldo alla menta raschiando nei cassetti )
Personale in notturna dalle 23 non parlava inglese.
Cena disponibile solo in esterna senza luci poiché la sala ristorante era bloccata per il matrimonio serale.

Der Weg zum Hotel war erstmal nicht ganz einfach. Die Einfahrt von der Europastraße ist schlecht ausgeschildert, wir sind erstmal daran vorbeigefahren. Das Hotel ist von Außen unscheinbar und die Umgebung lässt eine solche Perle, direkt am Eisernen Tor der Donau, gar nicht vermuten. Aber als wir an der Rezeption waren, wurden wir herzlich und sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zummer sind zwar nicht groß und von der Ausstattung her etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nichts desto trotz kann ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall für eine Durchreise oder auch 2 Nächte wärmstens empfehlen. Der Pool und Außenbereich nach hinten direkt an der Donau ist wunderschön und neu renoviert. Ein sehr schöner Pool, Terrasse, Beachbar und Restaurant lädt zum verweilen ein. Man sieht das beeindruckende "Eiserne Tor" (ein Staudamm/Kraftwerk). Im Preis war ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet enthalten mit einer guten Auswahl. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlos zur Verfügung.

L'hotel è carino per essere un 3 stelle, il personale è gentile e si prodiga per accontentarti. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e abbiamo cenato lì. Nonostante ci fosse un matrimonio hanno fatto di tutto per farci mangiare. La piscina è favolosa

Nella mia camera non funzionano le prese per caricare il telefono. E non funzionava neanche il phon. Ho chiesto ad un'amica se potevo andare da lei per asciugarmi i capelli ma non funzionava neanche il suo. Alla fine sono andata in un'altra camera. Peccato

Pros:

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la Riviera by Queens Hotel and Resort din Gura Văii. Hotelul este bine amplasat, în zona Cazanelor Dunării, la mică distanță de Drobeta Turnu Severin și Orșova, cu o priveliște superbă spre Dunăre.

Personalul este foarte amabil, atent și mereu gata să ajute, ceea ce face șederea extrem de plăcută. Camera a fost curată și confortabilă, micul dejun bun și variat, iar atmosfera generală foarte relaxantă.

Recomand cu încredere acest hotel celor care doresc să petreacă timp de calitate în zona
