Good solution for adults and teens.
Pros:

Big rooms, good breakfast, good location.

Cons:

With kids, rooms are very far from reception and parking and after 6pm you have to go outside and enter another door, to get to your rooms.

Стандартный, уютный номер
Убирали честно, каждый день

Cons:

Дали номер с 2 раздельными кроватями, хотя бронь была на двухместную кровать. Так как я был всю ночь в дороге, то не было сил и желания добиваться желаемого.

Номер находился почти в конце очень длинного коридора)

La pulizia e la grandezza della camera

Cons:

Le camere sono adiacenti alle struttura principale e per accedere al ristorante per la prima colazione non c'è un passaggio interno ma bisogna passare da fuori. Dato il clima non è piacevolissimo. Inoltre i letti non sono comodissimi

Mooie kamer, goed bed, gratis toegang tot zwembad vóór het grote publiek wordt toegelaten, slechts kleine toeslag voor grote wellness.

Cons:

Heel mooi en lekker ontbijtbuffet, maar met enorm veel kabaal van sportevent in sporthal...

The location, tram stop outside the hotel

Cons:

Very poor bar and restaurant area. No atmosphere, expensive. Reception closes early so you have to access the rooms from outside the hotel. Also on tram station side of the hotel you can only get access to hotel room after 10pm by walking all the way around to the front of the hotel. Not great when walking late at night especially when there were people hanging out and drinking nearby. Also, the hotel needs to explain clearly on their website the rules around permitted clothing in the wellness centre.

Pros:

Easy access to the public transports ( tram right in front) so you can leave your car on the coque outside parking place for 15eur per night. Access to the swimming pool for a relaxing time with the family. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Water pressure for the shower was impressive. Staff were always very friendly.

Cons:

Access to the hotel after 10pm needs to be performed on the opposite side from the tram station ( basically you will need to go around the coque arena to get to the hotel entrance). There's no family rooms so you will need to have 2 rooms for a family of 4 (my room was perfect but my husband and son complained being cold during the night since rooms dont have heating with exception for the WC). During the weekends, it can be that are some sport events close to the restaurante area ( also the breakfast area) so it can get quite loud from those events since restaurante is right at the middle of the reception area on 1st floor.

Silent rooms, gym, pool, sauna, restaurante and well connected. Showers have a shower hose unlike most hotels where you get your hair wet each time

Cons:

Google Maps indicated and entrance through the back, which at night was very dark and scary, but it can be entered through the front in front of the tramstop. So this is mostly a Google Maps mistake.
