I checked out on Saturday at 7:00 AM, when the reception desk was not operating yet. I requested my invoice by e‑mail multiple times, yet nothing has been sent. This level of service is unacceptable - basic communication and providing invoices should not be a struggle. Very disappointing experience. Travelers should be aware: don’t expect reliable service here.

Idéal pour visiter la ville de Luxembourg et se reposer au calme
Pros:

Accueil efficace, chambres calmes et bien équipées, petit déjeuner simple et complet (juste dommage qu'i n'y ait pas de tasses plus grandes pour le thé !), situation idéale pour bus et tram vers le centre.

Cons:

Un petit souci de température d'eau à l'arrivée mais largement compensée par un geste sur le parking !
