Major Maintenance Works on the Technical Installations and Infrastructure of the Coque Aquatic Center and Wellness Center

The Aquatic Center and Wellness Center of the Centre National Sportif et Culturel Coque will remain closed this year from July 16 to September 13 inclusive.

While the annual closure usually lasts about two weeks in August, additional technical and infrastructure works are required this summer. The measures commissioned by the Administration des bâtiments publics are intended to ensure the long-term preservation and modernization of the facilities.

The Coque informs its customers that the Aquatic Center, the Wellness Center, and the fitness room of the Aquatic Center will remain closed longer than usual this summer.

As every year, maintenance, cleaning, and refurbishment works are carried out during the summer months. However, due to the scale of the measures planned this year, an extended closure of both facilities is necessary.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We booked this hotel because of the pool, and they had written that it would be closed on August 20th. We were surprised to find it closed upon arrival. This was very bad and not commensurate with the price we paid. Our child wanted to take a cake with her to breakfast, but a staff member, who seemed to be a supervisor, came and prevented her from taking it. The stinginess was extreme. We are very dissatisfied and upset. I think the price we paid should be reassessed. It's not worth more than 450 euros.

Portaissa ei ollut liuskaa lastenrattaiden, joten ratikkaan ei päässyt suoraan ovista vaan joutui kiertämään 700 m matkalaukun ja lastenrattaiden kanssa tai kantamaan ne kolmet portaat. Myöskään aamupalalle ei päässyt. Todella epäystävällinen lapsen kanssa sekä invalideille.

Bel établissement avec parking,. Pas loin du centre-ville ce qui était la raison de mon choix

J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine. Les horaires étaient très restreints et le spa fermé. Les distances trop longues entre la chambre et la salle des repas. qui est au 1er mais on ne peut pas utiliser l'ascenseur, ce que nous n'avions jamais vu, il faut demander a la réception pour le prendre mais le personnel n'est pas disponible, nous n'avions jamais été confrontés à ça, , donc si on est âgé très et fatigué ce qui est le cas de mon mari cela devient très compliqué. Ce lieu idéal pour les sportifs. Était inadapté par rapport à nos conditions. Il faut aussi marcher pour aller au parking extérieur.

Wahnsinnig tolles Sportareal, direkte Lage an der Tram. Super freundliches Personal, ruhige und saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage wurde mit einem Ventilator ungefragt ersetzt.
