Clean but minimalist
Pros:

Nice countryside around the place. Not too far away by car from shops. Clean room.

Cons:

No airco,only a portable fan.. Hot room under the roof. No outside view. Noise all through the night from the church bell ringing every 15 minutes. Breakfast only starts at 8 am. I would have preferred earlier. Minimalist room. More like a dormitory than a hotel.

Mooie locatie maar te warme kamer
Pros:

Rustige omgeving, motor kon overdekt in open schuur geparkeerd worden.

Cons:

Het was erg warm op de kamer, de ramen konden niet verder open dan kiep stand. Daardoor bleef het warm en onbehaaglijk benauwd. De ramen stonden bij aankomst ook open met de volle zon er op is het dan ook niet vreemd dat het veel te warm op een kamer wordt.

De rustige omgeving en ontspannen sfeer. Het is een prima plek om als gezin met 2 tieners (die van buiten zijn en ruimte houden) te zijn.

Pros:

Het is genieten van de rust op het domein met het mooie uitzicht op de tuin en de wijde omgeving. Het personeel is ook heel vriendelijk en maakt dat je je welkom voelt. Prima gegeten en gedronken in het restaurant. Ook het ontbijt was in orde.

Ik was op motortrip met enkele vrienden en het was ook tof dat we de motoren beschut konden opstellen

De kamers zijn sober maar relatief nieuw en netjes, een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Cons:

Op mijn kamer konden de ramen enkel in kipstand geopend worden. Met temperaturen van meer dan 30° was het dan ook heel moeilijk om enige koelte in de kamer te krijgen.

Iets meer bergruimte voor kleren zou ook welkom zijn

Pros:

Het was heel schoon. Ook de mogelijkheid om zelf te koken was super. De ligging is perfect. Je bent in no-time op de mooiste plekken.

Cons:

Het zou nog comfortabeler zijn geweest als er airco zou zijn.
Het is een hele mooie locatie in een mooie omgeving, het zou daarom prettiger zijn dat er her en der wat meer comfortabelere bankjes zouden staan in plaats van die ongemakkelijke picknicktafels.

Paid for a room, ended up sleeping on the hallway floor.
Pros:

I stayed here once before and it was fine but this time was a whole different experience. Probably the worst experience I've ever had travelling.

Cons:

I booked a room expecting a place to rest after cycling 150 km. Instead, I ended up trying to sleep on the floor in the hallway.

I was given an attic room in the middle of summer where the window wouldn't open. The room must have been well over 40°C, no exaggeration. It was actually cooler outside than it was inside the building. I asked to change rooms but was told it wasn't possible. I also asked if the window could be opened and again the answer was no. Quite simply, this room should not be rented out during summer without air conditioning or adequate ventilation.

The room was unbearably and in my opinion, dangerously hot. I couldn't sleep and had to keep drinking water just to stay hydrated. Eventually, I gave up and spent the night lying on the hallway floor next to an open fire escape, hoping for some cooler air. I wouldn't call it sleep. By 5 a.m. I was so exhausted and uncomfortable that I left.

If I hadn't already cycled 150 km that day, I would have found another hotel. But it was late, I was completely exhausted, and all I wanted was a safe, comfortable place to sleep. Instead, I paid for a room that was effectively unusable.

Kindergarten in disguise
Cons:

Children shouting like crazy at 7 o'clock in the morning, dog barking until late night, church bell every hour. I couldn't sleep at all, it was nightmare
