Pros:

Stůl v restauraci během celého našeho pobytu nikdo neutřel, na terase byla špína všude. Kdysi asi hezký hotel, přes pokusy o vylepšení např. pěknými závěsy, je vidět celkový úpadek. Spáry obkladů v koupelně špinavé, sprchový kout zašlý. Dvě židle v pokoji pro tři. Cena téměř 9000,- za dvě noci pro 3 osoby je naprosto neadekvátní. Snídaně chudší, nicméně pravidelně doplňované, večeře hodně omezené, jak v nabídce, tak na talířích. Na personálu je znát únava a ač se nepochybně snažili, nezvládají. Bylo by třeba více lidí, ale asi to podmínky neumožňují.

Ein gediegenes, bereits in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einem Charme aus den 70ger Jahren.
Die Zimmer wirken abgewohnt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig.

Cons:

Am Zimmer gab es nur 1 großes Handtuch pro Gast und ein Minihandtüchlein.
Der Polster war hart wie ein Brett.
Für 160 Euro für die Nacht hätte ich mir etwas anderes erwartet. Auch wenn es sich um ein 3-Bett-Zimmer handelt ist der Preis überhöht.

Krásné místo na koupání

Cons:

Po celou dobu pobytu nebyla v našem pokoji k dispozici teplá voda, ale pouze vlažná a bylo nám sděleno, že „to tak prostě je“ a že s tím nelze nic udělat.

Večeře i obědy byly podávány až po extrémně dlouhé době čekání (až 75 minut), jídelní lístek nebyl dodržován a byla nabízena pouze omezená náhradní nabídka.

Při žádosti o ohřátí příkrmu pro naše osmiměsíční dítě mi bylo recepční sděleno, že „nemá čas“ a že mám počkat dvacet minut, přestože dítě plakalo hlady.

V okolí není žádný obchod, v areálu pouze předražený stánek s občerstvením.

Recepční mi volala, že náš pes asi 20 minut štěkal, když kolem pokoje chodila uklízečka – vzhledem k tomu, že za psa se platí 500 Kč/den, mi to přišlo zbytečné řešit.

Pros:

Great location ,amazing view, clean room , great food in the restaurant

Cons:

horrible reception staff , I called asking for baby bed , it was confirmed , when we arrived older woman on reception behaved that she has no idea about it . The check in supposed to be at 14:00 , however the the keys where given before that time to the receptionist friends. Which I found incredibly unfair
