Das Hotel war für uns unbeschreiblich toll. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass jeder Quadratmeter perfekt durchdacht war. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert vom Angebot für die Kinder. Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich. Auch das Schlafzimmer war perfekt für uns, vorallem hat weder eine Tür oder der Boden geknarzt, was super mit sensiblen Kinderohren war. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß und die Betten extrem gemütlich.
Uns hat alles dort gefallen.
- the spa, the food, the location, the staff - amazing
- very hot in summer - we couldn’t sleep, needs air conditioning and light bedding
- 2 small mattresses pushed together instead of 1 so there was a gap in the middle of the bed
- just a personal preference - not a fan of both spa areas being nudist
- no soundproofing between the room and corridor (screaming children)
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Steiner and were truly impressed. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional.
A special mention has to go to the food, which was absolutely outstanding. Dinner each evening was easily comparable to some of the best fine dining restaurants we have visited – from the quality of the ingredients and beautiful presentation to the creativity and balance of flavours. Every dinner felt like a true culinary experience and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Wir waren für 3 Sommertage im Hotel und rundum begeistert.
Die Lage ist super und die Wanderrouten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel.
Das Personal war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß und sehr sauber.
Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen – frische, regionale Produkte und toller Kaffee.
Sehr angenehm ist das Abendessen als 7-Gänge-Menü, einfach stilvoller als ein Buffet.
Ein echtes Highlight war der Adults-only-Wellnessbereich im Dachgeschoss mit einem spektakulären Pool und Saunen mit Aussicht.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Steiner — quite possibly the best ski hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The service was exceptional throughout; the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The hotel layout works perfectly, and the location is ideal for skiing. Everything felt easy and well thought out. We enjoyed wonderful food, fantastic skiing, and the spa was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.
Overall, it was just a brilliant holiday. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily return.
