Simply fantastic – the perfect ski hotel experience from start to finish.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Steiner — quite possibly the best ski hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The service was exceptional throughout; the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The hotel layout works perfectly, and the location is ideal for skiing. Everything felt easy and well thought out. We enjoyed wonderful food, fantastic skiing, and the spa was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.

Overall, it was just a brilliant holiday. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily return.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! So glad that I booked that hotel while visiting Hallstat. It wasn't so far yet so comfortable, clean, we had full board so very satisfied with the food. Child friendly hotel which they offer non-chemical pool for kids, daily kid friendly menu. Room and bed was so comfortable. Staff was also helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Wellnessbereich vielfältig, der Infinity Pool wunderbar, auch der Ausblick aus den Saunen im Adults only Bereich. Schöne, hochwertige Einrichtung, nettes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Essen war leider nicht auf dem Niveau eines ****s Hotels. Das Salatbuffet eintönig und eher auf Kantinen Niveau, als Vorspeise zerkochte Nudeln mit Pesto vom Buffet anzubieten entspricht meiner Meinung nicht dem Gesamteindruck des Hotels. Viele Produkte sind fast den ganzen Tag am Buffet und dementsprechend eingetrocknet (vegane Aufstriche, Käse).
