teurer Wellness-Bereich, nur für max. 2 Stunden, enttäuschend

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Wir waren nach unserer Hochzeit für ein paar Tage als Art Flitterwochen hier. Ich habe es auch in der Buchung angegeben, dass wir auch ein Doppelbett wünschen. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen - obwohl das Hotel quasi fast leer war, und wir am ersten Tag die einzigen Gäste beim Frühstück waren. Sehr enttäuschend bei der Ankunft im Hotel, dass überhaupt keinen Wert auf diesen Umstand gelegt wird. Es gab anfangs auch kein Frühstücks-Buffet, sondern ein reduziertes Angebot. An den folgenden Tagen gab es dann ein Buffet, allerdings füllt das Personal nicht nach, sprich wenn etwas weg ist, dann muss man explizit nachfragen, ansonsten ist es aus - und das schon um 8 Uhr.

Unser größter Kritikpunkt: Der Wellness Bereich ist nicht durchgehend für Hotelgäste nutzbar, sondern muss sehr teuer (ca. 80€ für 2 Stunden) hinzugebucht werden. Dies war so nicht beschrieben und nicht transparent kommuniziert. Außerdem war das Wasser im Pool extrem stark chlorhaltig, dass man sogar nach dem Duschen noch intensivst nach Chlor roch. Zudem war die Dampfsauna defekt. Hätten wir das alles vorher gewusst, hätten wir ein anderes Wellness-Hotel gebucht. Die Massage war leider auch nicht zu empfehlen, viel zu schwach, mehr Rückenstreicheln als wirklich massiert werden. sehr schade. insofern kein Wellness-Hotel nach unserem Verständnis.

Kurzer, entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im „neuen“ Haus gebucht. Sehr sauber, komfortabel. Spa und Massage im Haus (rechtzeitig buchen).
Restaurant gehört zum Haus. Böhmische und internationale Küche. Sehr lecker.
Parkplatz im geschlossen Innenhof.

Cons:

Alles in Ordnung, nichts zu bemängeln.

Personál byl milý , pěkně horká voda na pokoji dobře vytápěný objekt.. Perfektní masáže. Stravování, snídaně takový průměr. Parkování auta perfektní.

Cons:

Čekaly jsme welness,bohužel přes včasnou rezervaci se tam nedostanete.
