Personál byl milý , pěkně horká voda na pokoji dobře vytápěný objekt.. Perfektní masáže. Stravování, snídaně takový průměr. Parkování auta perfektní.

Čekaly jsme welness,bohužel přes včasnou rezervaci se tam nedostanete.

Drobné nedostatky nahrazovala ochota a vstřícnost personálu, jak na recepci, tak v restáraci.
Pros:

Velmi ochotný a příjemný personál, krásné prostředí, moderně zařízené, poměrně klidná a tichá lokace. V restauraci také výborný personál a skvělý kuchař. Jídlo lahodilo jak oku, tak i chuťovým pohárkům.

Cons:

V apartmánu (pro 4 lidi) bylo neskutečně vrzající schodiště a rozkládací pohovka byla trochu nestabilní (pro děti vyhovující, pro dospělé už méně). A pro 4 dospělé lidi na tři dny byl v kuchyňce v zásobách pouze 1čaj, 2x káva a 2xcukr. To nás trochu zamrzelo, že hotel na takové úrovni a s takovým vybavením šetří na takto malých položkách.

Pozitiv je tu opravdu mnoho, od ochotného usměvavého personálu, klidné lokace, výborné kuchyně a super wellnesu

Cons:

Apartmán pro 4, nebyl až tak pro 4, druhé dvoulůžko byl nestabilní rozkládací dvojsed. Pro děti celkem ucházející, pro dospělé ubytované na více jak jednu noc už to moc komfortní není.

Entspannender Kurzurlaub mit viel Wellness und super Service!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zugegebenermaßen etwas unscheinbar am Stadtrand zwischen Bahnhof und Industriegebäuden, kann aber in Sachen Komfort und Qualität absolut überzeugen. Die Zimmer, vor allem im modernen Neubau, sind sauber und geräumig. Im dazugehörigen Restaurant kann man lecker essen und auch das Frühstück ist reichlich. Der Service ist immer zuvorkommend und freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der private Wellnessbereich ist immer ein Highlight!

Cons:

Für vegetarisch oder vegan lebende Personen gibt es nicht viele Optionen beim Frühstück oder im Menü für das Abendessen. Die Umgebung lädt eher in den hauseigenen Wellnessbereich als zum spazieren ein, stört allerdings nicht wirklich, wenn man für das Wellnessangebot vor Ort ist.

Všechno skvělé, chválíme i do kuchyně ( jídlo vynikající ), a na recepci, slečny (nebo paní) Karolínu, Kristýnu a Veroniku a ostatní. Wellness apartmán perfektní. Děkujeme.

Cons:

Síťky do oken potřebných v době teplých nocí, můry apod vlétnou všude 😁.
