We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to the beautiful surroundings, excellent restaurant.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and great service. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Cons:

The room was quite small and lacked basic furniture such as a table and chair, which would have made the stay more comfortable. I was also disappointed to find that other family members, who had booked rooms of a similar size and price, were provided with a noticeably higher standard of accommodation. This inconsistency made the overall experience feel somewhat unfair. Despite this, the beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, stunning surroundings and excellent restaurant made for an enjoyable stay overall.

Добрый день, были вашими гостями в отеле Замок Бертхоф с 26 июля до 2 августа. Нам очень понравилось у Вас! Сам отель находится в аутентичном замке, реставрированном с большой любовью. Очень много экспонатов из различных эпох - от доспехов рыцарей до самых разных милых мелочей. И при этом хозяева отеля стараются принять гостей с современным комфортом и в новых интерьерах. Администрация очень внимательна, идет на встречу и делает все, чтобы гости были довольны. Что касается ресторана - очень хорошая кухня, есть завтраки, обеды и ужины. Может быть количество блюд в меню и небольшое, но есть всего понемногу: и супы, и горячие блюда, и десерты, напитки. Мы остались очень довольны, Спасибо всем, кто восстановил этот удивительный замок и продолжает в нем работать!!! И еще хочу отметить, что вокруг замка большая территория со спортивными площадками, лесом, газонами, прудом и прекрасным чистым воздухом!!! Татьяна и Игорь, Вильнюс, Литва.

Schöner Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage Prag.
Pros:

Die Lage an der Moldau und die schnelle Anbindung mit dem Auto ins Zentrum oder zur 02 Arena waren prima. Am Empfang deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter, alle freundlich, Zimmer ansprechend und sauber. Frühstück im Restaurant ausreichend, alles vorhanden. Das sanierte Gutshaus hat einen besonderen Charme.

Cons:

Saunabereich etwas klein, für mal so okay, zu viel Ausrichtung auf Kleinkinder, für Familien aber bestimmt gut.

Pros:

Velmi krásné prostředí, líbila se mi naučná stezka v zámeckém parku. Je tu možnost taky sportovního vyžití, tenisové kurty, pro děti koloběžky a motokáry. Vřele doporučuji.
