Pros:

Celkově vynikající, jak ubytování, tak večeře i snídaně. Škoda, že je to až "na kraji světa".

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders hervorzuheben waren die nette Dame vom Frühstücksraum und die immer freundliche Dame am Abreisetag an der Rezeption, vielen Dank an die beiden...
Sehr sehr toll war daß das Frühstück wieder im eigentlichen Frühstücksraum eingenommen werden kann und nicht im Casino wie es in der letzten Zeit gemacht wurde, bitten im Frühstücksraum beibehalten...

Cons:

Leider war das WLAN während unseres Aufenthalts sehr schlecht, von sehr langsam bis garnicht verfügbar...
Da wir früher immer ein sehr gutes WLAN Signal kannten dürfte es sich um ein technisches Problem gehandelt haben...

Das ganze Einchecken ist aufgrund des Casinos und des damit verbundenen Glücksspielgesetzes äußerst kompliziert und langwierig

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.

Cons:

Nähe zum Parkplatz, sehr laut. Und Frühstück im Casino ohne Fenster. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte nicht gut geschult, weder englisch noch deutsche Verständigung möglich.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war super nett, der Check In war sehr schnell erledigt...
Das Zimmer war wie immer sehr sauber und ordentlich...
Aufgrund der Ortsrandlage sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig...
Parkplätze gibt's sehr viele direkt vorm Hotel bzw auf einem neuen neben dem Hotel, vieleicht 50m Fußweg...

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll, gerade für Leute die kühl zuhaltende Medikamente mitführen...
Das Frühstück im Casino ist zwar gut und fürs Hotel sicher sehr praktikabel aber eine angenehme Atmosphäre ist es zum Frühstücken nicht...
Früher gab es hierfür einen extra Raum, ansonsten ist das Frühstück gut und es gibt alles was man braucht...

Pros:

Ubytování bylo pohodlné, personál velmi příjemný, všichni byli moc ochotní. Byla nutná registrace do casina, což jsem respektovala a nijak to nevadilo. Ubytovaná jsem byla jednu noc při procházení v rámci přechodu Šumavy. Noc byla klidná, do pokoje nebyl slyšet žádný hluk. Snídaně výborná.

Cons:

Check in trval 50 minut, což bylo opravdu dlouhé a po náročné tůře trochu nepříjemné. Chápu nutnost registrace, ale kratší proces by byl příjemnější.
