櫃台人員很熱心客氣，房間空間大但內裝稍微老舊，冷氣空調無法自己控制溫度及風量，房型是有附早餐但是以餐券方式與附近的早餐店合作，對於開車到訪的旅館可能要留意附近是否有停車格。
Pros:

旅館房間空間大且有對外窗採光不錯，附近生活機能還不錯，雖然沒有附停車位但鄰近路邊蠻多停車格可以停，退房時間可以到中午12點，櫃台前台人員人很客氣，因當天入住時間比較晚會打電話聯絡並等候，旅館附近蠻寧靜的人車並不會太多。

Cons:

因為旅館稍老舊，可能飯店方怕有異味入住前是有把窗戶打開，但因為裡面有一、二隻蚊子在裡面，雖然房間內有附電蚊拍，但就會提心吊膽怕半夜被蚊子吵醒，另外洗臉盆的熱水水壓比較小、冷水卻不會，房內空調為中央空調並沒有辦法自己控制溫度。

樓下有賣切盤水果、過馬路有youbike租借、一分鐘走到夜市、5分鐘內有早餐店、小北百貨，生活機能方便，出差旅行吃、喝用都很便利。

地毯、床角老舊被使用痕跡明顯看起來像沒打掃乾淨

入住前以表示需要車位，到現場說要給晚班的主管停車，說是先到先停，實際上根本只有一個車位而已，空調基本沒有很涼，然後廁所有霉味。
