Pros:

Quedamos a gusto con nuestro hospedaje, todos fueron muy amables. En la habitacion todo limpio, solo mejoraria un poco las instalaciones del baño, tenia la tasa con la tapa suelta, por todo lo demas, muy bien!
y agregar un poco mas de opciones al desayuno. Recalco la buena actitud del personal

La ubicación es buena, ya que queda al inicio del desierto. La señorita Paola de recepción muy amable, la información turística y como llegar al hotel desde Bogotá es fabulosa ya que te envían tres opciones de vías para llegar.

Cons:

el hotel está deteriorado, en la habitación que nos tocó, el baño no tenía tapa ni bizcocho, las puertas del baño y de entrada a la habitación les falta mantenimiento y suenan mucho al abrir o cerrar. el desayuno demasiado básico.

Comodidad y ubicación excelente
Pros:

Que permitan mascotas es lo que mas me gusta. Siempre viajamos con nuestras 2 bulldog frances y que no tengamos problema alguno para estar con ellas es perfecto. El hotel está demasiado cerca de todo, tanto del pueblo como del propio desierto, la ubicación es perfecta y la atención del personal es excelente. Habitaciones comodas y limpias.
