Pros:

Really friendly staff. Always available and welcoming and helpful to organize activities/transport to the desert. Breakfast is totally fine and in the evening when you are to tired to go out they can order dinner for you. Nice, refreshing pool. Spacious room. Good wifi.

Cons:

Its not located in the center of Villavieja. Its a 10min walk but since you will mainly go for the desert that is not a problem.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement pour visiter le désert de Tatacoa et la piscine. Ils nous ont mis en relation avec un super guide pour visiter le désert.

Cons:

La chambre avec du matériel défectueux. La porte qui donnait accès à la chambre était une porte en métal où on voyait à l'extérieur.
Le petit-déjeuner était succinct.
Maintenant il faut être aussi raisonnable par rapport au prix que nous avons payé qui était modeste.

alojamiento tranquilo con una muy buena ubicación y excelente relación precio - calidad
Pros:

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de Villa Vieja y del Desierto, pero aislado del ruido urbano. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

Las ventanas dan hacia sitios de tránsito de los huéspedes, lo que restringe un poco la claridad de la habitación.

Pros:

Me encantó el hotel, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la tranquilidad es impresionante, la piscina muy limpia y agradable, los desayunos súper deliciosos.
Quiero resaltar la atención de Vanessa que es una de sus recepcionistas, ella hizo nuestra estancia mucho más agradable y también al guía Camilo que nos brindó una guianza bastante divertida y de mucho aprendizaje al Desierto, se los recomiendo.

Für zwei Nächte ok.Würde aber das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Pool war ok nach dem Besuch in der Tatacoa.
Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage wurde beim zeigen des Zimmers mitgenommen. Stattdessen wurde ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt der einen riesen krach machte. Es war brutal heiss und der Venti lief die ganze Nacht. Ob dir klimaanlage funktioniert hätte,das wissen wir nicht.Sehr ringhörige Zimmer,sehr viel lärm die ganze Nacht.Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt nach der ersten Nacht.Frühstück war nicht befriedigend.

Personal sehr freundlich, Katze Sherlock ebenfalls :-)
Ist etwas vom Zentrum mit Restaurants und Shops entfernt (ca 10-15min laufen). Haben eine Tour über Hotel gebucht und diese war gut. Frühstück sehr einfach.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel, très propre et confortable. N'hésitez pas à prendre un tour dans le désert de Tatacoa avec l'agence qu'ils recommandent. Nous avons eu un guide très professionnel, c'était parfait.

A memorable stay - muchas gracias
Pros:

The quiet location & only 10 minutes walk into town.
The clean swimming pool which was very welcome in the afternoon heat followed by a cerveza then a swing in one of the hammocks.
Listening to the bird songs & seeing the birds on the feeders.
Room was simple but clean & comfortable. Pleased I had an upstairs room.
The staff were all very helpful & friendly especially Andres & Isobel the cleaner.
Breakfast was simple but OK. Slices of water melon, egg dish & cafe con leche.

Cons:

Nothing!

El hotel es perfecto y muy cómodo para la estancia, el personal es muy amable, proporcionan información muy útil de cómo llegar, donde comer que actividades hacer. Ellos mismos recomiendan guías que son muy buenos, tienen conocimiento pleno del sitio donde están y con recorridos excepcionales.
