Pros:

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, muy buenas recomendaciones sobre turismo en la zona, guías y actividades, adicional el desayuno era muy bueno.

Cons:

El aseo de las camas no era el mejor, la sabana estaba manchada y no tenían buen olor, el jabón qué dejan de baño era solo agua. No tienen servicio de cafetería.

Ubicación que facilita la visita al desierto de la tatacoa y el observatorio, si vas un viernes puedes tener el plan de "cine bajo las estrellas" a unos cuantos pasos del hotel, plan ideal si el cielo está nublado y no se puede disfrutar de la observación, queda cerca del pueblo lo que genera estabilidad en la electricidad por ende en aire acondicionado, las instalaciones son muy limpias y las personas del servicio son amables y orientan con las dudas que tengas.

1. El personal es deficiente y no se preocupa por los huéspedes. 2. La limpieza fue otro problema… las habitaciones no están muy limpias… 3. No esperes nada en cuanto al desayuno, porque hay una señora llamada Vanessa que solo hace muecas y no sirve un desayuno adecuado a tiempo a pesar de que le dije claramente lo que queríamos. 4. Busca mejores hoteles, hay muchos en ese lugar.

También me pidieron que cancelara la reserva en booking.com y que me harían un descuento. Después me pidieron que pagara en efectivo... Sinceramente, no creo que sea un hotel legítimo, sino una estafa. ¡Tengan cuidado y no reserven aquí! Hay muchas otras opciones mejores.

Goed verblijf voor een tour door de Tatacoa woestijn!
Pros:

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zij hebben een tour voor ons geboekt de dag erna. Wel met een Spaanse gids (Camilo), maar het was alsnog echt geweldig! Daarnaast is er een lekker zwembad om af te koelen. Het ontbijt was ook goed. Je moet een klein stukje lopen naar het dorp, maar het is een veilige plek dus dat maakt niet zoveel uit. Wij verbleven twee nachten en hadden helaas niet meer tijd, maar drie nachten was eigenlijk top geweest. Dan kan je een dag in de ochtend de woestijn bezoeken en de dag erna in de middag tijdens de zonsondergang. Ik zou het observatorium (Vyctoria) ook aanraden om te bezoeken!

Cons:

Het ligt iets buiten het dorp (5 a 10 minuten lopen), maar ik vond dat persoonlijk niet erg.

Die ruhige Lage am Weg zur Tatacoa, in 10 min zu Fuß im Zentrum, Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend
Der Pool war sehr angenehm um die Mittagshitze zu verbringen
