el lugar increíble... muy lindo... impecable
la verdad... el agua caliente nunca llegó a tibia... ni en la ducha, ni en el jacuzzi... pero la recomendación en serio es que por la distribución del baño y el tipo de intervención protegiendo la vivienda patrimonial... el baño no tiene privacidad NO RECOMENDABLE PARA UNA PRIMERA CITA DE PASEO
La primer experiencia fue espectacular, ya con la segunda tuve dudas sin embargo, el hotel es precioso. La señorita que atiende el servicio del desayuno es muy amable y el desayuno es muy muy rico.
Para el espacio de zonas húmedas nos habían brindado el agua de cortesía en la primer estancia, ya para la segunda si nos generaron cobro.
Tuvimos inconvenientes con el uso de las zonas húmedas el primer día y aunque nos dieron el espacio en el jacuzzi temprano al día siguiente no pudimos disfrutar mucho del sauna

Como sugerencia, deberian de tener calefacción las habitaciones, o por lo menos poner mas cobijas en las habitaciones...
Everything about this place looks like a beautiful fairy tale. The staff was very friendly, our breakie was cooked in front of us, we felt like we had our private chef. Wonderful place to stay. The location is very convenient close to the salt cathedral, shops and restaurants

Para el tiempo de estancia y lo que buscaba estuvo todo perfecto.
Las instalaciones son hermosas, de muy buen gusto y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La cama y colchón 10/10.
La atención excepcional, todo el personal fue tremendamente amable y atentos a lo que necesitara.
El baño, hermoso, pero no es totalmente aislado lo que puede generar sensación de poca privacidad.

El hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Nos quedamos una sola noche porque queríamos ir a la catedral, pero queríamos pasar más tiempo ahí por lo cómodo que es.
