Habitación engañosa y mala atención del administrador de lentes

Solo una persona del restaurante fue servicial, el mozo principal no fue amable

Cons:

La habitación suite no coincidía con la descripción indicada en la página. Al intentar solucionar esta inconformidad, el administrador se mostró muy poco amable y no dio ninguna facilidad ni alternativa para resolver el problema, solo indicó que nos podíamos retirar. Una gestión de servicio al cliente pésima. Aparte, en el restaurante hicimos como dos veces un pedido el cual nos cancelaron después de haber pedido pues indicaban que no habían esos platos cuando pudieron indicarlo desde un inicio y no perder tiempo.

El lugar es súper lindo, mucha zona verde. Lo que más me gustó es la fogata de la noche!

La privacidad de las habitaciones, al menos del nivel de abajo, se hace mucho contacto visual con los que están afuera. Quizás en el segundo piso es mejor.
